We hired Carlos and his crew as he checked all of our boxes. Carlos returned calls, showed up for our scheduled appointments and always called if he was running late, which was rare. This criteria was very important to us.
We had a white stand alone soaking tub installed. which meant removing the old tile surround build in tub. The crew sealed the area they worked in to keep dust down, they cleaned up after themselves every night until the job was complete.
Carlos and his crew were so thorough we are hired him for a large paint and stucco job.

Meliora construction blew every other quote out of the water by thousands of dollars. I had a 14 year relationship with my prior HVAC contractor/owner and he assured me he would give me a good price. Lol... Carlos came in $7000 under his quote. Not corners were cut and the work was completed to code. Needless to say but, I will be sticking with Meliora and the team for all my future needs.
