Elite Garage Door

I've had numerous residential rental homes in Reno for many years, and Elite is my go to service provider for the several homes that have garage doors. Several months ago I had a broken old wooden door at a rental that needed, finally, replaced. I called Elite and they came out the next day (!!) and replaced it, cleanly and quickly at a good price. Amazing-- such good service.
Then, just a few days ago a tenant called and said their relatively new metal garage door was acting up, not opening from the outside, etc. I told the tenant Elite would call them and they could make an appointment with Elite at a convenient time. Turns out they made an appointment to fix it on a Sunday morning, the only time the tenant was available!! I couldn't be there at all due to a recent surgery. Sunday??? Amazing!! Anyway, Elite DID go there last Sunday, fixed, adjusted, etc., and the tenant called me telling me it works now like new again. AND the charge was only $72.40!
The key thing here is that Elite gets it done quickly and reasonably. With all my rentals, it's great that the problem gets solved quickly and with minimum fuss, not hanging over my head as another "problem" to solve for weeks and weeks. Easy to get an appointment. Service guy arrived on time and fixed up our door quickly. The fix was easier than we thought so we were only charged for a tune up. He lubricated all the parts and it runs better than it ever did. Would recommend!

Bing, bang, boom... How easy was that? Yesterday my garage door circuit board took it's last breath so I looked up garage door services and sent out a message for a quote. Received 3 replies and since I had use Elite's services on one of my Fallon homes, and since they were the least expensive quote, I gave them a ring. I was scheduled for next day services and the next day at the scheduled time within an hour, I had a new garage door opener with a remote and a cell phone remote as well.
Great customer service. If I would have bought through the Yelp app, it would have saved me a ton of money so read the fine print carefully. Otherwise I was very happy with the service and life goes on uninterrupted...

From the first call to the installation and product everything was great. The price quoted was very reasonable and when all was done we even got a senior discount.
The owner was our installer and did an excellent job. Arrived on time and excellent communication.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone out there who needs anything done with a garage door.

Saved my weekend with their quick response time and service! A spring broke on my garage door on an Saturday and I literally couldn't get my car out. I thought I was going to be trapped in my house all weekend but within an hour of calling them Elite Garage Door had a technician out and the door was fixed! Lee was friendly, professional and efficient. To replace two springs it cost $450 which was well worth it for the quick service. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

Our garage door roller had cracked, and within an initial call to Elite they were set to come out the following morning. Knowing how heavily we rely on the garage getting in and out of the house multiple times of the day it was truly appreciated.
I received a call that stated within 20 minutes the technician would be on his way.
After evaluating the roller, I received an estimate for approval. The work was completed all together within 30-45 minutes. I thanked the tech for his rapid response to get this fixed. Now our garage rolls more smoother and also more quiet.

Dennis arrived promptly in my appointment window and had me fixed in less than 5 minutes. There was $0 charge today and he was pleasant, courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend this business for your garage door needs.

We were able to buy a custom length garage door spring produced within an hour. They were very easy to work with and have an excellent product.

Also, they had some really nice door displays and brochures. I may be back soon.

A few months later had a small problem, again they were quick and responsive. Easy to talk to on the phone.

Overpriced but on time and did fix the problem but $500 for 25 minutes of service seemed a bit much for replacing a broken spring. Would not recommended this company. Nice guy but very pricey
