I have been using Eagle Energy for a few years now. My interactions with employees was limited since we did will-call but every time I called the customer service was great and the delivery quick and efficient. Unfortunately, life has been hectic, we hadn't checked our tank and we completely ran out of propane last night at 5:10pm. The after hours call center was easy to reach and the gentleman was polite, told me the on-call tech would call me within 20-30 minutes. Sean called me exactly an hour later and he was great. Really nice and great customer service. Ultimately decided we could wait until the morning for the fill-up because there was a significant wait time. Bradley came out the next morning and he too was incredible. He called me to let me know he'd be there soon and I was halfway to taking my kid to daycare; he told me not to turn around or rush, he would get started and wait for me. He got us re-lit and everything done super quickly and with a smile on his face. They also waived all of the fees associated with running your tank to empty since I signed up for auto-fill, so that saved us some money. Just overall a very positive experience with multiple employees; happy to give a 5 star review and continue to give them my business.

Almost 2 years later, not once have I run out of fuel nor had any interruptions in service for any reason. To the contrary, my delivery guy Mike is the BEST. He calls me the day before and about 45 minutes before he comes the day of. Just as a curtesy. He is a Professional and he just knows when he needs to be here. 5 stars isn't enough for the Eagle team.
These guys are not on their best behavior to win a customer, they have demonstrated exceptional service to EARN a customer. Thank you!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Feb 13, 2019Previous reviewThis outfit is absolutely Top Notch! I decided to switch over to Eagle when my previous supplier fell short and left me hanging twice in 6 months with an empty tank. I called Eagle and they had 2 of the nicest most professional guys, Don & John at my house with a new tank installed and ready to go in less than 36 hours in the snow. The previous company let my tank run out (on a monitored route) then told me 7-10 days to come fill it up.
You can see by the attached photos it's not the time of year to go 7-10 days without heat.
I want to say thank you to the "other guys" for falling short, which prompted me to reach out to Eagle.
I want to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to Eagle Energy! The whole team went above and beyond to make sure the kids and I didn't spend another night in the cold. YOU GUYS ROCK! Your customer service and professionalism have earned a customer for life. - Peter C.Reno, NV02Mar 8, 2023
I order a tank refill a week & a half ago and i was told it be the following monday for the refill. They called me on that monday and said they would come on tuesday instead. Tuesday comes & goes --no propane, no phone call, no nothing.I called & ask on wed. where my propane? Well-- the weather been bad-- Well the road have been clear. Should not have a problem!! No am sorry or thing. Said i would have to wait untill next monday! I never had a problem when it was Eagle energy. They might call it Eagle - Thomson ,but it is not eagle!! Will be dumping then in the spring !

My propane was low. Storms dumped over two feet of snow and I live up a long road and driveway out here in Walker, CA. Although I would have preferred getting 'topped off' two weeks prior to the storm, it didn't happen. So now my tank was into the red zone and I was seriously upset about an impending hardship without power and propane. We have a generator, but turned it off to conserve. In the next clearing, DAN, from Eagle Energy, showed up with chains, and a great attitude of, "I can do this." And he certainly got the job done. He had to pass the hose up an embankment, over a fence and across the snowy yard to get to my tank. We are nicely filled up and will be safe for the next storms approaching. THANK YOU TO DAN!!! And he is the reason I give Eagle Energy 5 stars. I DO think the driver should have input into who gets service by how the roads and driveways get during heavy snow. THEY are the ones who know our area... I will be monitoring. I am appreciative.

I've been with them for a couple of years. They always rude over the phone. But recently they are even worse.
I ordered 100 gallons couple of months back but it took forever to come and deliver it so I ran out of gas. They charged me $79 for system check up after the technician told me was for free for the first time you ran out of gas.
Now they want $149 for I don't know what because I did not order any propane. Today they left a voice message telling me that they are coming to shut down my tank after i payed them almost 1500 last winter and the winter before last. This is that kind of company that has no problem shutting down your tank during the freezing winter season if you miss one payment !
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I already contacted another company that seems to have much better customer service ! YOU'VE LOST MY BUSSINESS! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANYHelpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dean D.SoMa, San Francisco, CA03Nov 4, 2022
Sean gave amazing customer service. He found a leak on my high-end propane range. Called the factory and found I used the wrong size jets for propane conversion. He changed out the jets and fixed it for free.

WARNING! Price gouging at it's best! I have 3 large propane tanks on my property, few months back I received my bills on my door, I was charged 2 different prices for propane delivered on the same day. I sent an email, it was fixed with a sketchy reason. Next fill up my price went up 10%, when I inquired why it was "Market Demand" , now at the end of winter (when I use the majority of my propane) I just had my next fill up, price NOW increased ANOTHER 12%, within 4 months my price has gone up 22%! This is just crazy, especially in the times we are currently in, this company decides to GOUG their customers! Change companies. now! There are a lot of other "honest" propane suppliers who wouldn't do this!

Good morning Dan. I apologize for not responding earlier. As I’m sure you know, energy prices across the entire country were affected by the deep freeze in Texas and the midsection of the country late this winter. Propane was no exception. We saw prices higher than we have seen in many years. If you were to check, you would see that our prices were less than most, if not all other suppliers in our area. For the past 22 years we have always priced our propane fairly based on the market conditions at the time and have never unfairly raised prices. In fact, this winter we lowered our margins to lessen the impact of the price spike on our customers. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you in person and would welcome you back if you were to choose Eagle Energy as your propane supplier in the future. Sincerely, Woody Miller, President, Eagle Energy Corporation.

This company was recommended by most in my neighborhood and I too will now recommend them as well. They replaced my old tank and gave me a quote to replace and fill the new tank. I had a leak in my old furnace and had to replace it. They were very helpful in finally getting the old tank from another company off my property. They were very patient while we found a replacement furnace. Communication was great with them when the new furnace was finally installed. Shawn and Don were so great, helpful and just great guys in coordinating the fueling, testing and making sure all was right before they left! The quote they gave me never changed and I feel confident that they were the right choice.
