Customer service is top notch!

We received a notice from the water district that we have a continuous leak, that was confirmed with an $800+ water bill...

We called American Brothers, and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning!

Michael and Justin were at the house bright and early and ready to tackle the issue. We told them what was going on and they went straight to work. They found the leak, which was very minor, shut off the valve and gave us the great news.

In and out in less than an hour.

Not only were they very quick, they were very honest and open with their service. Straight forward and nothing hidden from us.

We are very appreciative of Michael and Justin, and are glad that there's an honest plumbing company here in Vegas that we can go to.

American Brothers will be our plumbers going forward and will gladly recommend them if anyone is in need.

Reuben was absolutely incredible. Reuben display great customer service, was personable, great attention to detail, explaining what fixes were needed w/o the unnecessary upsell. Reuben showed and demonstrated professional attitude from start (free appraisal) to the completion. Will ask for Reuben's expertise when we call American Brother's for future projects / problems.

I requested an estimate for a bathtub installation. A technician came out, and said that they would e-mail me an estimate. I never heard from them again.

Mike was a really chill dude. Quick response time! Vaule for your money! Done in 2hrs :)

Rubin was great! The office let me know Rubin's schedule. When he arrived he was friendly and informative. He also cleaned up the old parts, seals, etc., without me asking him to do that.

Michael came out to check on our water heater. He was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Michael took his time to answer any questions we had. We are so happy to have our heater working again and We really appreciate the quick service and response time. We will be sure to use American Brothers Plumbing Services again.

I wanted a water softener installed at my house and thought it would be a good time to change out the water heater as well so I came to Yelp and started getting some estimates. I ultimately chose American Brothers. Matt came out and let me ask him a bunch of questions and gave me answers and options for what I could do. He actually came back out twice without charging me so I could show him something and ask some more questions. Didn't feel pressured and Matt was knowledgable so I asked them for a bid. I accepted the bid and I thought it was very resonable.

They got me on the schedule quickly and Matt showed up early and got to work. I was concerned about the time the water would be shut off because I care for my 90 yr old Mom but he only had it off for a relatively short time for having to intall a water heater and softener. I'm so glad I had them do it instead of trying myself 'cause right out the gate the water heater valve wouldn't open to drain the tank. That would of stopped me but Matt fiqured out how to drain it with little issues. While draining he had to run some new lines to the back yard for the softner. No issues. When he got the softner plumbed he fully ran through the initially start up which takes about 2 hours. I don't know how many plumbers would have done that but I really appreciated it because now I know how to program it if I need to.

Glad we changed the water heater 'cause it looked like it was starting to leak and since that water heater is inside the house with no drain Matt highly recommended a condensate pump and pan, which it didn't have before. Now I feel a lot better about the outcome after a leak or possible water heater failure. Things I wouldn't have known to ask about.

All and all very happy with the final product. Matt does good work, he's fast, friendly and just a good guy. He let me follow him around and look over his shoulder for most of the day with out getting annoyed. I used to work construction and I know how it feels to have someone watching you work and I don't know if I could have been so patient with myself. :)

I guess you could tell, I highly recommend them and now know that I have a plumber I can trust when I need one. Oh yeah and a shout out to Terri too for helping to get me scheduled.

We had a water heater valve leak. Responded quickly, fair pricing, professional, said what they were going to do and did what they said. No up-selling. Excellent!

Big shout-out to Reuben and American Brothers Plumbing Company. Had simultaneous leaks in both toilets, and some water regulation issues with the shower. American Brothers was at the call - and I got service next-day. Reuben was absolutely incredible - great customer service, personable, great attention to detail, explaining what fixes were needed w/o the unnecessary upsell. Worth the investment - feel like I got a couple new bathrooms now. Thank you, American Brothers - you have a regular customer from here on out.
