Western Electric Group

This is a reiteration of the review I posted in Google:
I was having problems with my outside garage lights. Because of the property damage I had experienced because of the homeowners association president I knew I needed to keep the lights on. Western Electric was recommended to me by the owner of Desert Air, LLC so I thought I could trust them. The electrician, John, came to my house and at the end of the assessment (the bulbs were simply burnt out!) he told me there was no charge. I went to the business on Kleppe Lane in Reno to say thank you by giving them a few of my CD's for free. They already had a bill ready for me. They didn't care that their electrician was not going to charge me. There's a lot more to the story than this, but it has confirmed that just because someone SAYS they're a Christian (and go to 'church' and give to those 'churches') it doesn't mean they are. I want to post an honest review everywhere regarding this. Their communication, if nothing else, is seriously flawed

Western Electric Group did a great job getting my hot tub up and running. Very reasonably priced and set a tech out to my home after hours so we could enjoy the hot tub over the weekend. Robert even made a trip out the next day to make sure we were satisfied. He also kept in touch with me every step for the estimate. Highly recommend them.

They did a great job with my new hot tub. Unfortunately the wiring to the old one needed to be updated and they came in at a very reasonable price (hundreds under my other quote). They were friendly, prompt, and explained everything in a way that I understood. I will certainly be using them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Robert was great! They came out quickly, walked the property and gave me a few different options for running a new electrical line. The price was fair and when they ran into a few problems running the line in the attic that cost a little more Robert didn't nickel and dime me about it. The workers were polite and made sure to clean up every day before they left. I would highly recommend Western Electric Group.

Had a couple of bids to run electrical to my shed. Robert was the only one to come out and give me some expert advice and ideas to make my project turn out the way I wanted it. Work was done timely and professional. Would definitely use them again.
