My oven went out on Thursday!! Because I am a renter I had to go through my landlord to have it repaired. So I knew going in, that it might take a couple days. I received communication from Priority first thing Friday morning that they had a tech available on Monday and would text me reminders and a timeline. The tech messaged me early Monday with a 45 minute warning and another with a 15 minute warning. Lui and his Son (I didn't catch his name) showed up on time, wearing masks and booties. They were very friendly and respectful. They worked very efficiently together and were fully prepared for the job. They were done in about 15 minutes.
I hope when I have future repairs that this same team shows up. Flawless communication and transparency. Very respectful of my family and the property. Friendliness was a nice perk too!
Thank you Lui + Son & Priority!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Natalie M.Las Vegas, NV14939129Apr 13, 2023Updated review
I am incredibly thankful for this company! It is so relieving to find a company that is so efficient. I noticed my refrigerator had a leak and almost panicked thinking I might need a new fridge. I contacted Priority Appliances and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. We also communicated via text which I appreciated because I work during the day. They made it so easy to confirm the appointment. They also provided an arrival window and advised the technician would contact us 30 minutes before they arrived. The technician, Jerry, did exactly that! He reached out when he was 30 minutes out, arrived within the timeframe provided, and finished fixing the leak in a short timeframe. Even better, he was polite, super nice, and left no mess whatsoever! Thank you Priority Appliances! You made this stressful situation so easy to deal with. It was incredibly smooth and didn't sacrifice great service.

My washer needed a quick repair because it was leaking due to a ripped rubber boot seal. They ordered the part and before coming to install it, they noticed the part was damaged during shipping and immediately called me to advise. I LOVED their honesty in telling me about a damaged part from shipping instead of trying to install a damaged part like other companies would have. I also love that they inspect their parts. They quickly had another one overnighted and the next day came right on time to fix the washer. Their communication was/is AMAZING. Their honesty is even more AMAZING. I am so glad there is a company in Las Vegas who I can comfortably trust for my appliances. Thank you Priority Appliances! =)

Great place for buying new appliances. Just had my New Speed Queens delivered. From start to finish this was a great transaction. Thank you Jeff, Jeremy and Marco for taking care of me.

I will never, ever, EVER go back to a big box store again to buy a washer/dryer. I will only go to Priority Appliances from now on! I looked into getting a washer/dryer a few months ago to give me some padding on time for a new home I am moving into. I know that the supply chain is less than ideal and was hoping to get a jump on ordering. I cannot say enough nice things about Jeremy. He has kept me up to date on supply levels and even helped me when my first choice seemed not to be a viable option. In a town where customer service is lacking, Jeremy has made me (almost) forget all my bad experiences. Thank you so very much for your help in my purchase during this crazy time!

Thank you, Kerry! You were absolutely awesome to work with, and thank you for trusting us and our experience on the appliance orders. We were hoping the units were just the right fit, and if there's anything at all we can do to be of assistance in the future please just let us know how we can help. :)

Kind, knowledgable, considerate, and happy. I dont have enough adjectives to describe the technician, James, that responded to my call... From the first moment the CSR picked up the phone, to the follow up call I got the next day to make sure everything was still good, my experience has been amazing!
James was so sweet. It was a small issue for my stove, and he had it fixed in no time! He answered my questions, as well as patiently answered EVERY question my 7 year old could think of!
I dont wish to have more issues, but if I do I am definitely calling Priority Appliance!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Michael,
We unfortunately anticipated receiving this review after our conversation this evening.
While we understand that you were unhappy about paying for the service fee--which as a quick reminder was agreed upon by all parties when we initially set up your appointment--I hope you can understand where we are coming from. We have unfortunately had several instances where services were rendered for individuals, and we were unable to collect for the work. This has resulted in requiring the service fee to be paid upfront, in case someone changes their mind and decides to cancel the job, which can add costs and lost revenue to our team.
With regard to the pricing, we were a little bit surprised to find you surprised at that, as this amount was actually provided via our initial communication on Yelp. As a quick review, here is a snippet of that conversation below:
"With regard to the washer, and assuming you're fixing both appliances (as there is a labor discount), you're probably anywhere from $150-$200. If, however. it is the transmission we would not recommend to repair it as that repair is cost prohibitive The dryer will similarly run $150-$200 under the same assumption.
Please note most parts are model specific so we will not know the exact pricing until we inspect the units."
This falls pretty much in line with the final quoted price.
In any event, we are sorry we were not the 5 Star company for you, and you might consider utilizing companies that do not have diagnostic fees in the future. It may save you a bit of aggravation.
Priority AppliancesFeb 21, 2019Previous reviewMy review for this business is not very good They charge a Service fee to give you a quote then tell you it will be waived if you get the work done by them after talking to the tech that came out he quoted me around $200.00 after that they were going to give me a call back to let me know what the cost would be and they quoted me $429.00 to get them fixed and I actually had to call them to get the quote then the person on the phone tells me he needs a credit card on file to charge the service fee in case I don't get the work done I asked him if that is subtracting the service fee off the bill from the price he quoted me he then replied again I need to get a credit card on file to take care of the service fee at this point I am pissed I understand English very well but this guy was so adamant about the service fee being paid he lost the $429.00 repair. You really need to learn how to speak to people I am an Executive Chef for probably one of the largest casino industries out their and I never belittle people and treat them with disrespect so I can only hope that your future customers get treated with better respect than you treated me I honestly don't know how your even in business with the disrespect you show your customers....
And word of mouth is always the way to go trust me I am spreading the word about your business!!! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS !!!! - 192191184Jun 4, 2019Updated review

We found Priority Appliances when we were out shopping for new tile for our home renovation project. We walked in and were immediately greeted and shown a warehouse of GE Appliances. We had our basic questions answered, and were even informed of an upcoming sale that we could potentially take advantage of. We were impressed, and left our number for someone to contact us for future reference.
Because we were at the beginning stages of our kitchen remodel project (and first-time home remodelers), we had been to Home Depot and Lowe's already and had walked through the rows of refrigerators and kitchen appliances. We were simply overwhelmed with the available technology and choices, and no associates approached us or offered to answer any questions. As such, we weren't very enthusiastic about selecting new appliances.
Jeff, the owner of Priority Appliances, called me the very next day to discuss what type of appliances we would need for our project, answered some questions, and referred me to the GE website to review and select potential appliances that we liked. Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to expertly guide us in our selection. He made the shopping of appliances a fun adventure! We were invited back to his warehouse to touch and experience the features of the appliances we selected, as well as discuss and learn from Jeff about the proper care and procedures for the appliances. This level of customer service was a tremendous assurance for us that we had made the right decision. Jeff even made sure that we got to take advantage of the sale, which saved us thousands of dollars.
Jeff went above and beyond in providing assistance to us and our construction team regarding the installation of the appliances. He was present for a walk-through of our kitchen, and a follow-up meeting with the construction crew, to ensure that the installation went smoothly. He made several extra efforts on our behalf free of charge, and we couldn't be more grateful for his generosity of time and expertise that he gave to make sure our finished project was a remarkable success that we can truly be proud of.
We have super-sized the functionality of our kitchen, due in large part to Jeff's expertise. We absolutely love our new appliances, and couldn't be happier!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Eric R.Las Vegas, NV03325Jun 8, 2020
Dispatcher is Rude and Airhead. Never ever do business with these people. She called me Friday to set up appointment, I varified Monday and told them I was out of town. Then this lady texts me SATURDAY they are on the way....So i replied, uhhhh I told you I was out of town and confirmed Monday, her reply, sorry it's early in the morning and I made a mistake....Sad, But ok, I'll ignore and continue my day...
So now Monday they call me at 8am and say they are 45 mins away, said great I gave driver instructions on how to get into Condo....Hour later Driver texts and varifies address, and OFCOURSE the Dispatcher screwed that up to, Gave guy opposite side of town location. So then she calls me to ask, I tell her no that's incorrect, I said can u ask him how long now, HER REPLY " NO, I am home and can't do that" so you can text or call the driver" WTF.....So as I'm texting the driver, she calls back and said he can come at 5pm ( so only another 7 hours) I said that will not work, she said, " Do you want to confirm 5 or not" I replied I work so no, she said " Thanks and Hung up"....
If you give idiots like this tour business, you should be ashamed of yourself. This town is built on service and customer service and this Company has a Airhead and Rude as all can be working their phones. Now maybe owner is great, and Actual worker is great, but when the person on the phone is Rude, well to me the whole Snake is Posion from the Head Down.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate you bringing some deficiencies to our attention. We interviewed the team member that you interacted with, as well as went through the text messages. First off, we fully admit a mistake was made. When the work order was input, the address was put as N (street name) rather than S (street name), which did throw off the schedule. No argument there, and we apologize and have implemented systems to avoid that in the future.
With regard to your other comments of "airhead," "idiot" and the like, I gotta be honest and say you're a bit much. In reviewing the text messages, it was clear you were angry from the get-go that your work order had just been processed. While we understand your frustration, we processed it as soon as it was received in our office. If there was a delay before that, that issue might need to be better directed to the party responsible for placing the work order in the first place.
As far as your other comments, yes, we moved the appointment from Friday to Monday per your request, which we confirmed via text message. On Friday the team member did not notice this, and texted you to verify. At the time, you did not seem so angry about it, and even apologized for sounding "blunt"(per your words in the text conversation). Here is a recap of the conversation:
Hello! We were just following up to see if you would be able to make this appointment today. Please note that without confirmation by 9AM we will need to remove this from the schedule, but can pencil you in for a different date. Thank you!

No worries. It's early and it was our mistake. Thank you and have a great weekend.
Sent to +******on 2020-06-05 at 8:11 am
You Also. See u Monday
The response of "it's early" was more to give you an out for being rude than indicating "it's early" in that we made a mistake.
All of that being said, here's the recap:
1) We processed the work order as soon as it was received, though you were obviously frustrated at the turnaround time (which has to do more with when we received it).
2) The teammember did not notice it was moved and so texted you to confirm for Saturday on Friday, the above conversation ensued.
3) The technician went to your property on Monday as requested, and yes, we did make a mistake on the direction of the street and so had to route him back to your property in the afternoon rather than the morning. No argument there.
We have taken steps to eliminate this in the future, and while we appreciate the feedback to refine our systems, there is really no need to be nasty towards our team. There were errors and we did attempt to remedy them as quickly as possible, and will work to ensure they do not happen. We really were hoping we could be the company that would finally give you a reason to give more than 1 star to a company here in Vegas, and we are sorry we failed in that.
Regards,
Jeremy
