I can't be in to tell you how amazed we are with our new Patio Cover! Delivers as promised super high quality and beautiful! We checked out several companies and after our initial bid we knew these were the right people to trust with this project I if you are going to consider doing some home upgrades please do yourself a favor and call these guys! YOU WOBT BE SORRY!!!!

We received a quote from first source for a patio cover. We decided to go with them and paid half the money up front. They told us the project would be completed in 4 weeks. We started calling around around week 3 to see if we could get a a time and date scheduled for the install. No one would return our calls. My wife and I left messages for several weeks and no one would return our calls. We were to the point we thought we were scammed.

We eventually got a call back on a Monday and said our product would be delivered Tuesday or Thursday and we can get the patio cover installed. That week went past and no one ever called. The following week rolls and they tell us our material still wasn't delivered. It will be on the truck next week. That same thing happened for another week. Finally they called us and said the material is here. The guy I talked to on the phone said we would schedule a time later in the week to come out on Friday. My wife and I just happened to be home that morning and the guys showed up and started putting the patio cover together. We didn't know they were even going to be there. About an hour and a half later the guy calls and tells me their workers are on the way to our house to put up the patio cover. I told him well, you are wrong they are just about finished. I was super happy they were almost done. But, they have no communication at all. They guy I talk to on the phone for the company is very nice and apologetic about all the problems. Whoever the lady is that I have talked to a few times is extremely rude. She made me wish I didn't do business with them!

First Source Services did our patio cover and we are really grateful. You can view the before and after. Eugene and his crew did an amazing job. Every step of the way, Sharlyn answered all my questions and was really patient with us. There was a minor hiccup in the whole thing, but our contractor Tom took care of it for us with no additional cost. I would recommend First Source Services to my friends and family any day. The prices are reasonable and they get the job done ASAP! I'm really happy with how it all turned out. Thank you, Sharlyn, Tom & Eugene!

Used First Source Services to install a patio cover at our home in August 2020. We were happy with our initial experience. However, less than a year later, the patio cover started leaking in multiple places. Placed a negative YELP review for the company because I could not reach the company via phone or email. After my review, I was contacted and they explained that no one was monitoring the email or voice mail at which I left messages. They requested I remove my negative review in exchange for someone coming to look at the problem. It is a month later and no one has come to look at the problem. I receive the same response every week, that someone named Mike will contact me to set an appointment that week. I have never heard from Mike and still have a leaking patio cover! Cannot recommend this company.

I scheduled two appointments for an estimate and each time they were a no show. Terrible customer service!! I'm glad I found this out before any work was completed.

Jerime came by to give us an estimate. He is so well versed on code and what HOA's allow that we came to the realization that between how our house is built and all the regulations we really could not put up a permanent shade structure. While feeling disappointed, I so appreciated his honesty!

We checked several places for our patio cover, and decided First Source Services was the company we wanted to go with, mainly because I really liked Victor, and he was straight forward about what we would need, how long it would take, and the cost from start to finish, all things included.
He came on Monday to start the job, but the weather forecast was calling for high winds, so, he set everything up, and finished up the very next day right after noon.
We are both very pleased with the way it looks, the price and the service. The patio cover has a lifetime warrantee, and I have no doubt if something happens to it, First Source will stand behind their warrantee.

When I called I received an immediate response from jeramie. At first he was pleasant. I ordered my patio cover with 3 fan beams however when the electrician came to put my ceiling fan in he informed me that there are no beams which I paid for. I called first source and Sharlyn informed me that the owner would be in touch and imagine to my surprise no call back! I guess my next step would be to contact the contractors board to see if I can get a resolution.

If I could leave no stars for this company I would. I contacted this company to get an estimate for hardwood flooring repair in my master bedroom. Vito came out the next day and gave us an estimate and told us he would contact us later on to tell us what day he was available to start. We were excited since he was nice and seemed very honest. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there. My husband received a call from the owner of the company telling us the estimate we were given was wrong and they would need to pull up more boards into our hallway. We don't have a hallway. Our floors run seamlessly from one room to room. Those boards are not damaged and would cost more money to replace. Because we needed this project done ASAP, my husband asked for them to call us back with a quote for the job and he told us they would get back to us the same day. This was Tuesday and we did not receive a call back till Thursday morning, the day they were initially going to begin work. The original estimate was $250-$350 and when Tom called us back he quoted us $850!! I don't understand how the wood flooring specialist came out, looked at our floors and gave us a quote and then the company turned around and told us no that isn't right. Please save your time and money and don't be mislead by a greedy company looking to milk every dime out of a homeowner already dealing with a stressful situation.

Update: Since this company wants to say something about insurance fraud I would like to add we never put a claim through with our insurance company or mentioned using insurance at all. This was all out of pocket. We have a $1,000 deductible so it would have been pointless. I find it disgusting that they are trying to save face by making up lies and turning their greed and lack of business ethics around on us. They quoted us one price and then took two days to come up with some ridiculously high quote so they could make more money. We already had all the materials. DO NOT USE THEM! READ OTHER REVIEWS!

First Source does a lot of work at the office my Wife works and she had always heard good things about their results. Our water heater went out and it was of course after hours. Jerime was able to get a water heater to us in not time and was extremely helpful in explaining everything he was doing, how best to it and how to do proper maintenance on it. The last people we had replace our water heater were from the home warranty company and this experience was a night and day difference. This is the first place I'll call for any work in the future.
