Having worked on many projects with TRC Homes, we have found this builder to possess exceptional levels of integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine care for giving their customers the best experience possible.

My wife and I looked at a new home in ArrowCreek (Reno, NV) that was built by TRC homes and recently sold. When we contacted TRC, they told us that they could build us a custom home with a similar floor plan, including landscape design. We purchased a custom lot and TRC drew up the plans based upon our needs and price point. The cost of the project was clearly presented to us as was additional costs when we chose to add additional upgrades to the house or landscape. My wife and I lived in southern CA at the time, so we had to communicate often via email. Every question or concern that I had was invariably answered the same day by the builder which gave us a lot of comfort. We came up monthly to check the project and each time we were met by the builder to answer any questions we had. I have to say the entire process went smoothly. Other than a few times when delivery of materials was delayed (out of the control of the builder) the project was finished on time. As we inspected the project routinely, we could tell the quality was excellent. When we moved in, we were continuously impressed with the detail and quality of our new house. After 3 years of being in the house we continue to be impressed by the quality workmanship. Friends that come visit voice the same thing. As an aside, my wife and I were walking in the neighborhood and happened to bump into a man who had purchased a home also built by TRC. He was the 2nd owner of the house and had gone over the entire house closely prior to purchasing to make sure it had been built well. He was also very impressed with the workmanship inside and out. This gave us added belief that we had picked the right builder!! Even long after the builder warranty has expired, TRC still answers questions we have about the house since living in a cold climate is new to my wife and I. Overall, we can't recommend TRC (a family owned business) enough. Each family member specializes in different areas of homebuilding and we dealt with all of them which was a pleasant experience. Overall outstanding experience. Design was thoroughly researched and developed to our requests. Workmanship was of extremely high quality, with daily supervision of subcontractors. All budgets were met except where we wanted upgrades. Deadlines met. Project was completed much quicker than comparable custom built homes in the area. Knowledge of the Contractor was superb with all concerns answered. Always immediately available by phone or meeting. Very Professional and highly recommended.

We have had one custom home built by TRC Homes already in the Reno area about 3 years ago, and because we were so pleased with their quality, workmanship, fair price, and outstanding customer service, we are having TRC Homes build us another custom vacation home for us. The first home TRC Homes built for us is a single story home approximately 3300 square feet in size with and oversized 1600 SF garage with a pool and spa, and it located in Reno, NV. The cost to build this home was approximately $475,000 plus the lot. The second home, currently under construction, is a two story custom home nearly 4,600 square feet in size with a 3 car garage in the Lake Tahoe area. The cost to build this home is approximately $1.5 million plus the lot. My family has been very pleased with TRC Homes! The company is great, as it is family owned and they pay great attention to details while also providing exceptional customer service. It gives us great pleasure to recommend TRC Homes to anyone who is looking for a high quality builder offering their services at a fair price and who will stand behind their work!
