Tricor Construction LLC

TRICOR was founded in 2014 with it's flagship project, Fox Peak Cinemas in Fallon, NV. We specialise in commercial and institutional builds, remodels and tenant improvements.

In 2017, we expanded to meet the growing residential demands in the Reno area and launched a sister company, Flint Home Studio, a custom home building division with design services to meet homeowners needs.

Our clients rely on us because we are responsive, conscientious, provide world-class service, and staff each project with a dedicated team of experts to work in concert with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver quality.

We offer a full range of general contracting services from the early planning and design stages through construction, project completion, and final closeout.

We incorporate planning tools during the design phase to reduced schedules, simplify build processes and optimise procurement resulting in fewer change orders; to the pleasure of our clients. We communicate at every stage so our clients are never guessing and understand their options at every stage.
