I have a crew for residential & a separate crew for commercial. When either need more man power I let the opposite crew fill in. I require all of my guys to take electrical classes & at least be educated on both sides of the spectrum. I challenge my guys to know as much as they can & I reward... Regardless what is said in the complaint you respond in a professional manner & make your argument. If you can engage the client & get them talking online then perfect because the more they talk the more likely they are to screw up & get caught in a lie. Never respond to a threat. That’s no way to do business, but always be prepared to handle it. In the end, be cool. It’s about business. You define your value.

i would say the hardest part about finding the right insurance is knowing what I need from my insurance.  We haven’t had a claim so the strength of our policy has yet to be tested.
