Will's Plumbing

Reached out to Will's Plumbing and they responded right away. Set up an appointment and showed up On time, on the day and was able to determine 3 issues I had in my house. They were able to schedule the same person (who was SO GREAT! Courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful) to come out within 2 days and fixed my issues at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I was using Will's Plumbing for a year, and since the very beginning I didn't really trust them but you know how it goes when they are your first choice.
First the the owner comes to your house, checks the issue and supposedly send his worker, eventually he fixes one of the problems but he is not sure the other because the owner hasn't explained to him so meanwhile he fools around pretending he knows what he is doing and waisting your time, just to find out that the work he did in 30 min. becomes 1:50 minutes, sends you the bill and done!!! It is not the first time he charges me whatever he wants, if I complain he tells me he has in his small laptop the time (of course, the worker punch his departure when he leaves his house and after when he gets into his truck writes his notes, eat, drinks clocks out (this so he can justify his time) I am extremely furious and disappointed to the point that I don't want to use them anymore!! there are tons of Plumber out there willing to work honestly!!!! but if you say something? owner gives you attitude!! so frustrating dealing with that company!!! I hate his gas charges fee on top of their expensive, luxurious work!!!!

I used to love this place, but the last time he was here the innards to my toilet was broken. He said I would have to replace the toilet. He charged me $129 for a service fee and then asked me if was there anything else he could help me with. I told him my refrigerator didn't have any water pressure. He told me to change the filter. I asked him if he had any filters with him, he said no you can buy them anywhere. He took my money and left. I called Kohler to see what I could do to fix my toilet. They sent me a part for $28 and with a video camera on my phone showed me how to change it. I'm sorry for this poor review, but I will never use this company again.

Had them come out and fix MORE bloody toilets...leaking at the base. He replaced the seals Acaand reset the toilets, two more in the women's bathroom this time. Fantastic...

My technician was Anthony and I found him to be honest, respectful and very service-minded. He spoke highly of the company he represented and said the majority of their business was from customer referrals. I can see why and totally recommend Will's Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Heard a spraying sound in the wall of the master shower. Then I could see water coming from the bottom of the shower. I called Wills Plumbing and they sent Anthony out. He was here and had it fixed in less than an hour from my original call. The charge was honest and very reasonable. Wills plumbing is our plumber now for life.
I very much recommend them. Thank you so much Anthony. Beyond nice and professional.

I had a drip from my tub spout and over the course of two years numerous plumbers came out and tried to fix it. Most would end up saying, it couldn't be fixed unless we ripped the whole shower out. Well, we finally gave in and remodeled-- replacing everything (new copper piping, new valves, new fixtures and the spout STILL dripped!!!

I went to a plumbing supply house and explained what was going on and they recommended I call Wills Plumbing. I did. Will himself came out the next day, took one look and said, "yeah, this just needs a mixer" (or whatever it's called) he ordered it, one of his guys came out and replaced it and guess what?!! The drip stopped!!! 1 hours charge!

After 2+ years and a bunch of money wasted -- I won't trust my plumbing to anyone but Will and his team!

We scheduled them to come to install a new toilet on july 7. Brian arrived on time which is always a plus. He explained everything he was doing and did a great job. He even hauled away all the gigantic boxes for us along with the old toilet. He was very personable and efficient and we will request him again for our next plumbing job.

Wills plumbing was recommended by Ferguson Kitchen & Bath for the installation of a new kitchen sink. The plumber Lance arrived during the estimated time period. The work performed was done in a professional manner and Lance thoroughly cleaned the area after completing the work.
I recommend paying the optional fee to dispose of the old sink and accessories because the old sink weighed over 100 pounds.
