Water Works Plumbing

I hired Water Works to come out and do an inspection on my mother's home. She has been dealing with a bathroom remodel and it has been a horrible experience to say the least. After some sloppy work was performed early in the process, I hired Water Works to come and inspect what was done by the other company. Well, literally nothing was done right or to code.
Jeannie and her husband were so incredible. They documented everything and wrote up a report and offered to come back and make the repairs. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable but more than that, they were incredibly kind. They honestly cared about my mom and what was going on in the home.
I have called them several times for follow up and each time they respond quickly and professionally. While this remodel has been a horrific experience, the one silver lining was finding Water Works and knowing that we have an honest, reliable and kind plumber to call in the future.
I ended up filing a complaint with the Nevada State Contractor's Board against the bathroom remodel company and the report that Water Works provided was incredibly valuable to us.
I have been doing a lot of work around my own house lately and it is very difficult to get quality work performed on time and by honest people...I can now add Water Works to my very short list of businesses to call. :-)

I called Rick yesterday morning and he fit us in the same day to replace our leaking expansion tank on our hot water heater. He showed up on time, before 7pm, after a long day on another job in Dayton.
We were very impressed by the excellent professional service and reasonable rates.

I had a broken pipe underneath my mobile home. I had no idea how to find a plumber! So, I turned to yelp for help. I called and got a sweet girl who answered the phone. I told her I heard running water under my house. She asked if she could call me back in a few minutes. She did call back and said she could have me as the first person on the appointment list for the next morning. I agreed to that. The guys came the next morning and talked about what was going on underneath my house. I had a friend come over and he crawled under my house and found the problem. So, when the plumber came over he was able to tell exactly what was wrong and I was given my options. I choose to have water works fix my broken pipe. They did a great job and in a short amount of time. I didn't have the cash at the moment and had to go borrow from my mom. He was not worried at all and told me he would have his daughter come by later to pick up the money. I'm very happy I picked this plumbing company. I will be calling them again for any plumbing issues. Thank you for being honest and understanding.

These just installed a new tub in our hall bath. They are very knowledgable and approachable. Tuesday they are coming back to do a gas line and finish the fixtures on the bath now that our tile is in.

Water Works took over the plumbing for our bathroom remodel project from another local plumbing company and we are so grateful. Waterworks plumbing repaired-installed new single handle shower controls in our two showers, they were prompt and professional and cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend this firm to anyone doing new construction, repair, remodel. Good people!
