Maxine, Hanna, and Mike are awesome! Very family like small business that does big things. I gave them a rough idea and they wrapped my racecar in a nearly impossible timeline and it turned out absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about the team and their work. They have a lifetime customer for sure now.

The counter folks have always been courteous and helpful, and they always maintain communication with us throughout the production process. We highly recommend Vital Signs.

So I'm have worked with this company in the past for my sights and decided to get some shirts printed. I walked in and talked to them around late June and they told me their minimum was 12 shirts for printing and I can buy my own and bring them in. So I did and today I walked in and they told me that they changed their minimum to 48 shirts on July 1. They weren't willing to honor the quote even though I'm a current customer. Also I had to wait for my shirts to be shipped from the other company and that took a while. Bad business practice!!!!

Due to the current business climate, our contract screen printer had to increase their minimums effective July 31 to continue providing great service and price. Therefore, we had to adjust as well. All of our estimates state that they will be honored for 30 days, and we would have been able to do it if you had returned within that time. We cannot print your shirts, but referred you to three other great local printers to work with. Please be kind to them.
