I am Calvin. I went to Silver State Glass and Mirror to get some glass for my cabinet doors. One of the doors got damaged. They said they would pay for the repairs. They did just that. Eric and Brent are men of their word. Silver State Glass and Mirror is the place to go for your glass and mirror. Good people!

Even though I measured correctly, it turned out that the recessed opening was actually an eighth of an inch smaller than the actual window. Luckily, they were able to trim it down to the final size that I needed for no extra charge. They are amazing and I highly recommend them.

Jun 20, 2021Previous reviewVery disappointed, recommended by a friend and he is disappointed in them now, too. They made a tentative estimate to replace my patio door at $1500; when they actually came in to measure it, they re-set it at $2000. That's OK, it wasn't measured to begin with, so I placed the order for a patio door and screen door. They totally lost track of it, so after several calls, they finally came to install it, then found out they measured it wrong and it was about an inch short. They forgot to bring the screen door too. We were not OK with a poor fit, so they re-ordered it and we waited again. After repeated calling, they finally came to the-install it and did it OK, but the screen door they brought didn't fit because they measured wrong too! They said they would re-do it, but a couple of weeks later, they still haven't even called. Really awful customer service, though the gal who answers the phone, Sam is very nice. Today, I still don't have a patio screen door. Not Recommended!

Dropped it off where Heather was super friendly and professional. Joey did the work and even called me with a question before working on the piece.
