Brain and his crew did a fantastic job. Our detached patio came out great! This thing is built stout!! We couldn't be happier. Crew was punctual and friendly. Matt and the crew communicated with us extremely well and had great suggestions during the build. Once the build started it went smoothly and fast.

This is the second time I have used Sierra Nevada Builders for patio
covers. This last project was a big one 15x20 cover over our patio. The plans were drawn, approved by the HOA and the City. They had to remove a small cover that was there when I purchased the home. everything was cleaned up, holes filled etc. The material arrived and they went to work. creating the holes for the new posts, approval of the City inspector. Then the new patio was installed. Once they completed the cover, they cleaned up the complete back yard and surrounding areas. All the workers were polite and interested in doing a great job. I cannot recommend Bryan and Sierra Nevada Builders more highly. Last year, we made the decision to update our home (kitchen, landscaping, flooring and outdoor living). We have had issues with every single contractor except Sierra Nevada Builders. They show up when they say they will, built a gorgeous pergola (that we can't wait to use if the landscapers ever show up), offered great advice all along the way, hired responsible subcontractors (electrical) and don't nickle and dime you. To top it off, the team works really well together and actually seem to like each other and Bryan is hilarious. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them.

Bryan and crew are an amazing team of professionals. They recently completed a large patio covering for us, and my wife and I could not be happier with the materials, quality of the build, and the price. We received multiple quotes before deciding on a builder. In the end, Sierra Nevada Builders was the perfect combination of quality and affordability.

I've always felt that one of the true signs of a good company is the fact that they are always busy. When we signed with SNB in the fall of 2019, they seemed somewhat reluctant to tell us that their estimated completion date wasn't until after the first of the year. I would 100% rather have a realistic timeframe than deal with someone who promises to have it done "in a few weeks" and never returns calls. I appreciate a company that doesn't feel the need to create unrealistic expectations.

Finally, I greatly appreciate that Sierra Nevada builders was willing to help assist us through the design process. Designing a patio and patio cover is not something I have done in the past, and the suggestions and photo albums of previous jobs went a long way in helping us make a final decision.

In this day and age it's refreshing to have such honest, efficient and knowledgeable contractors out there. Bryan was very professional, prompt and conscientious during the entire process of building a beautiful deck for us.

He stayed on top of this project even after some of the materials we purchased had flaws and he came back multiple times to insure the job was done right replacing the faulty materials.

We'd use him and recommend him for any project large or small.

I was reluctant to begin my landscape project when Reno was put into self- isolation because of COVID-19. I'm so glad I didn't let my fears and doubts stop me from creating a backyard that was unusable into a great outdoor living room.

I searched Yelp, talked to friends and neighbors for recommendations and got three different estimates for the patio cover. Who lives in a Reno and doesn't have shade and protection from the elements?!

I chose Sierra Nevada Builders because Bryan offered the most competitive prices with the best quality of material for my patio cover. I was expecting the traditional vinyl patio, Nooo... Bryan understands how punishing the weather can be in Northern Nevada. The patio has to with stand 100* temps, below 20*, and gale force winds. Which is why Bryan put in solid Steele posts dug into footings that will never move.

His crew are friendly, professional and well organized! These men know how to do their job and they are the best!! I highly recommend Sierra Nevada Builders for your patio and Steele buildings. I wouldn't think of asking anyone else to help me with my covered structures. They are a class above all else.

Bryan eventually did return my calls; he had been out of town "hunting" and didn't have cell service. I understand completely. He came to my home to review my project and think we can move ahead. I am therefore changing my rating!

I highly recommend this company. Bryan and his crew did a spectacular job on our pergola. He was the only contractor that was willing to come up with a design with two posts instead of three in order to preserve our view.He really listened to what it was we wanted, instead of what would just be easy for him to build.They did a very professional job, took care of all of the permitting and design, cleaned up the site well upon completion, all for a fair price. The results are even better than we hoped for. Excellent results.

I can't say enough about Bryan and his team. We have worked together for a year..phasing in projects. The price was fair and the work amazing. He would come over when we had a question and is just one of the nicest people ever. Dont go anywhere else!!
