Sean Craig's Plumbing

Last fall, we gutted our house to remodel it completely. We selected SC Plumbing LLC. for all our plumbing and gas line work. This included three new bathrooms. A shower was removed, and a free-standing tub was installed. Some sink lines were changed, and showers were enlarged. The dishwasher and kitchen sink were repositioned. A fireplace with an unusual gas line was taken out.

Sean Craig's company successfully completed a heckuva lot of work. Our primary plumber was Ray, assisted by his son, Lance. I don't remember even one day over two months of work when Ray was not on time. Lennette in the office communicated well, always keeping us informed on when someone would be coming over. Over the years, we have had contractors not live up to what they promised us. That was not the case with SC Plumbing.

We recently had a couple of minor things go bad from the multitude of plumbing work done last fall. I emailed Sean saying a bolt holding a toilet had broken, and one of the sink's plungers had become disconnected. He had Ray come out in two business days to correct these two issues. It was fantastic to see Sean stand behind his company's work and take care of it so quickly.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sean and his company!

We were looking for someone to refinish our bathtubs that were done very poorly by a local handyman. We contacted Sean Craig's Plumbing Service and they sent over Allen Boyle. Allen and his helper not only had to totally strip the tubs from the first guys job, but they held to there original bid. We however paid him more, just because of their professionalism. We were also instructed how to take care of them. I would highly recommend them to refinish your tubs!

Company was hired to move the gasline and to recess it into the wall and to do to move the fridge line etc as well during our kitchen remodel. They did all the water stuff correctly and did it well BUT the gasline was just shortened and not even moved or recessed (most important thing was moving it). The layout we showed the plumber wasnt followed and when i double checked, the gasline was directly blocking the new cabinets. Had to come out of pocket another couple hundred and pay another company to do so correctly.

We tried to get stuff fixed etc with this company but was just brushed aside and given a "too bad too sad" response.

Our hot water pipe was leaking, under the slab. Sean came to look at the situation and immediately made me feel confident in his services. His crew was excellent!! Efficient, hard- working, respectful, and kind ~ Manny & Victor were outstanding. I highly recommend this company!

Allen came in and honestly was a miracle worker. We had a bath that was done with a diy Home Depot kit. It looked hideous. Not only did he make the bath look fantastic he worked into the night to make sure it was done. Great job I would recommend to anyone

A little snafu at the start, for some reason my appointment didn't make it to the books and they had to send a different plumber from the originally intended one, at a later time that same day.

Arturo was completely professional, congenial, and meticulous. My plumbing issue was resolved the same day.

Had to firm up ultimate cost for the project with the office, but they were fair in considering the entire situation.

Family run, decent folk.

(P.S.... I would love to be their voice for local ads/ phone systems-- they know this-- I told them so!)

Allen was very weird and unprofessional when texting I was considering getting a bathtub reglazed but changed my mind after he made some weird comments about my tub. He also says he works 7 days a week so if you get his services done you won't be a priority since this is his side work attached is the screenshot that made me question his professionalism

I had a broken sewer line that led to a huge cast iron pipe replacement project, tub installation and new water lines. Sean is the man. He led the project and got everything done professionally in a timely manner.

Ray, Kyrri, Lance, Manny, Leonette everybody was great! And now I do not have any more plumbing anxiety!

Sean is a very funny man who dies excellent work. He helped me plan some of the work I wanted to do on my own and made sure everything was done to code.

Great experience with this company. Highly recommended!

Allen and Ricco were absolutely fantastic, they did an incredible job refinishing two of my baths. They really care about their customers and the quality of their work and guaranteed it for five years. I did a lot of research before choosing them and I'm so glad I went with Sean Craigs plumbing, they are second to none and would highly recommend them to anyone, thank you for your amazing work!
