Left a message on Sunday, they called us at 8 AM Monday and were out by 3 PM. Technician found and fixed the problem. He explained everything he did and showed me what was wrong. He was courteous and professional.

Roper sent a serviceman out the next day after I called. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and personable. They did a great job and I will use them again in the future.

We use Ropers for the farm and never had an issue with getting them to come out! Darrel is great and Jamie and Vanessa are so pleasant to work with!!

Roper's just installed a brand-new heater/air conditioner in our office at my place of work; Rupert's Gemcutting, and they did a great job! Three weeks ago, my wife and I meet with Dirk Roper (owner) to obtain a bid to supply heating and air conditioning to our new house we are building in Wellington. We were there for over an hour going over the plans. Dirk was taking notes as we went over the heating and cooling units, insulation, ducting of fans and hood vent, etc. He stated that he would get right on this and get back to us next week.
Two weeks later, I have not received any response. I called and talked to (I think) the office manager. She stated that they were closing in 15 minutes, and she would call me in the morning. Again, no response.
Today I went to retrieve our plans and I thank them for returning my phone call.
The office manager went ballistic. She started screaming and cursing at me. I said, "you were the one that said you would call me back". She followed me out to the parking lot calling extremely vulgar names.
Dirk had told us that he had wonderful employees and excellent service.
If you choose to do business with Dirk, hope you find his wonderful employee and excellent service.

Excellent response. I called this morning to schedule a tech, the receptionist asked me to hold for a moment and said she had a tech already in the area. Boom! He arrived within the hour and has worked tirelessly to fix and service my AC units. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

We had a Bryant AC unit installed , two technicians showed up on time.Wore masks, did a professional and timely installation.
They took time to answer all our questions and show us how things operated and how an AC/ heating unit works to economically
Keep our home comfortable. Jamie did a great job from the office side to expedite our installation.

Upon a home inspection I was told that I needed a new heater. After calling my home warranty company and finding out that they would not pay to replace it I called Roper's. Jamie was so helpful. She got me a new heater and in record time. Trevor and Jared came out to remove the old one and install the new one. They were very professional and courteous. I finally have peace of mind. BTW I still haven't heard from the warranty company.
I would highly recommend Ropers's. They are all awesome.
