Jazmin was fantastic when I asked her advice about things and the gentleman Javier who did the work was wonderful! We could not be more pleased!!! We will for sure want you doing our bathroom makeover in the future. Thank you so much!!!!

Creativity at its finest and I highly recommend Rock Star Finishes for the amazing work they do. We initially worked with several different companies to put together quotes and concepts - but none really had the communication or talent until we finally had Eric partner with us.
This is the metallic epoxy finish in the three UNLV colors and NOW we can begin to REALLY use this theme and decorate this space to show our true Rebel Pride!
Thank you Eric and everyone involved, that it wasn't a stressful process but really great fun every step of the way!

terrible workmanship!
autumn the owner doesn't take accountability for her poor workmanship, nor does she clean up the mess her workers made.
as you can see from my reviews i rarely complain, most of my reviews are 5 stars. i truly try and give the benefit of the doubt.
i hired them a few months ago to have my kids bathroom shower, counter tops, & cabinets refinished.
they did a great job. so we got an est to do my kitchen cabinets and my guest bathroom cabinets.
you will see from the attached pictures how poor of a job they did.
autumn says that i'm too picky and unreasonable.
make your own decisions, i'll show you my experience on the workmanship and the overspray on my tile floor and outside pavers

Your employees were in our house for almost 10 hours each day! you had complete access to our house. be careful when you lie, i have video surveillance cameras to back that up!
You didn't ask for any down payment! If a down payment was required, why did you start the work?
How come you didn't mention that we filed a complaint with the contractors board, and they found in our favor!
They said that your work didn't meet industry standards!
I will post a picture of their findings.

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our work. However, we ran into quite a few problems during your project.
Some of the issues we faced were scheduling conflicts between your wife and you being home. Several times we came out to your home and were either sent back, or only given very limited time in which to do our work. Unfortunately, some things do require time to do, and a lot of times when we needed eight hours, we were given three or four.
We had done work for you previously, which you acknowledged you were happy with. The cabinets in this review were done, and then you and your wife decided that you didn't like the color. In an effort to satisfy you, we repainted the entire cabinets a different shade to ensure you were happy.
The biggest issues came while we were trying to finalize payment. You never provided the 50% down payment to get started, and as we got deeper and deeper into the project, you still never made an effort to make a payment, even after requested.
In the end, it became clear to us that you had no intention of paying. We offered to finalize the project, provided you were able to make at least the initial 50% payment to cover labor and materials. You refused to do so, and at that point we had painted your cabinets twice, and had been to your house approximately five times due to the scheduling issues.
We always leave our projects fully cleaned and make sure our customers are happy, but we need to be paid as well. Regretfully, we were not able to do that in this instance as we received exactly 0$ for all of our work.

What a great exp I had with Rock Star..from start to finish Eric and his team took great care of me, answered all my questions and concerns (best believe I did have alot). From demo to finsh crew was very nice and explained what was going on that day. I would highly recommend Rock Star for any renovation needs. My kitchen is lookin kitchen is looking mayjah .

Hired these guys to do my back splash, my lights and mirror. Gave me the best attitude and best price. Everything came out leveled and clean. I am a union worker and expect union based skilled labor always and Eric showed nothing but the best.

Everything about our experience with Rock Star, from our first phone conversation with Pauline to the work performed by Rey and Francine a couple of days later was smooth and easy. If you need bath or kitchen surface refinishing, Rock Star Finishes should be your first choice.

This company hires nothing but kids. If your looking for a reputable company this is not it! They have a great front and come off well however it's the service that counts and they are definitely lacking in that department. I had to give one star to write the review but that's even too much! This company will eventually fail.
