Ridge View Builders

Back in April of this year my husband and myself were looking for a builder to built our house in Amargosa Valley. We took the referral from our architect that this guy was REALLY excited to do the job.
So after 4 months of conversing threw texts and some phone calls, my husband and I drove our RV to NV again to start the ball rolling on the build.
We were all set, the Bank just needed to get some paperwork from the Company (Jeff) and things should be good.
A week went by and the Bank didn't get any response from Jeff. I met Jeff on a Saturday at a current build he was doing, I asked him about the build in Amargosa, and he couldn't give me a direct answer, he kept saying not being able to get a crew out there. Jeff knew in April about the gig, he had plenty of time to get a crew together. It's his fault if he wants to procrastinate, plus its HIS job to make me happy and he was doing everything but trying to make me happy.
Since my husband didn't make it to the house build with me, Jeff decided to make up the excuse that "it was a sign" to not go ahead with the job.
I DO NOT advise anyone to work with this Company or this guy. He pussy foots around crap and doesn't give direct answers.
All he knows is how to pass the buck to others and find excuses for things...what a waste of breath.
I believe this Company is shady if they can't produce legal documentation for a Bank either!!

What a WONDERFUL Experience Building a home with Ridge View Builders. Jeff is the most reliable, professional and articulate contractor. He has built many houses in Pahrump over the last 20 years and the quality and knowledge he has really shows. Jeff would always be on the job making sure things were done correctly and on time. He made my husband and I feel at ease throughout our whole home building experience and I 10/10 recommend choosing him out of any other contractor in Pahrump.
You can tell how passionate he is about building houses. You can see how detailed and custom his homes are versus other homes we toured around the valley.
What REALLY Sold us was talking to other homeowners that Jeff has built for. They were all so happy and proud of their home! S0 naturally we went with Jeff to build our home.
We are so thankful and so happy!
