Pure Water Systems

My wife and I recently moved from the San Francisco Bay Area. We have always enjoyed the best water. Never have we had to install any treatment systems.

As we settled into our new home we noticed that the house was equipped with both a RO system in the kitchen and a whole house system.

My daughter and son in law just had a Pure Water system installed in their home in Carson city. The told us to contact Luke Riley to have him check out our place.

Ironically we received a flyer in the mail, so I called Luke.

He came out and noticed we had an original system that was installed when the house was built (2001).

Luke recommended that we upgrade the system which we did.

James came out to do the install. He was on time and really professional.

Luke has followed up with us, even coming by to test the water. (ALL CLEAR)

Super easy from start to finish. Our rep, Chris A, was great and answered all of our questions. He even did the series of tests twice so that my wife was able to see when she got home.

James was very efficient with the installation, and got the job done in a very timely manner. After installation, he walked me through our water softener (Defender) and our RO system at the sink.

Rich was great to work with. We got a whole house system that cleaned up some horrible tasting tap water. My wife is so grateful. And that makes everything better. These guys were professional and really know their stuff. Highly recommended.

In 2021 we had a whole house water system installed in our Verdi home by pure water systems. The sales representative Luke Riley misrepresented what the units would look like and the amount of space would be required in our mud room. By the time the installation team showed up it seemed too late to start over and we went ahead and had the systems installed. we have no complaints with the installers.
We have had the system serviced annually by Pure. The first time we were told it was going to be about $200. the bill we were presented was about $600.
This year we again scheduled service and were given a window of 10:00am to 2:00 pm. this appointment was confirmed with both text and email. At 3:30 we received a call from the technician saying he was on his way. We told him not to bother. because I had already called Water Unlimited. Water Unlimited installed and has serviced our under the sink reverse osmosis system and we have been very pleased. I will continue to use them for all my water needs. I will never again use Pure Water Systems.

Andrew explained everything to me about my Pure wateR filtration + softener. I didn't understand how or why the service was necessary due to being new in the area.

Andrew explained in an easy manner how the the system worked. Due to his honest explanation I did not feel any sales pressure. I decided to get whole package that came with both filtration and water softener. This is a must in my opinion for any home in the area. Andrew even gave me a nice discount which I appreciated. The installer Victor Armenia was also very nice. I highly recommend this company and product.

I called their office to schedule an appointment to get their system water line fixed, which was leaking from all the demolition and building work that happened the past two weeks. The dispatch was able to schedule me for the next day and Ricky came out to do the repair on time. He also remounted their water lines on our newly rebuilt wall in the garage. It took less than an hour and he double checked the system to ensure no other leaks popped up.

Because my husband had signed up for their membership, we were able to get a 30% discount on their service. It was a pretty quick visit and Ricky was great! He walked me through all of what he did and the service was done under an hour.

I needed my water trearment system replaced and I always come to Yelp to see who had good experiences with local merchants. Pure Water Systems had multiple good reviews. About the same time, I received an advert about their services and products. I am cautious about calling companies I know nothing about, so that is where Yelp comes in. Big help! Since I installed my system, Pure has opened an office in Dayton, on the highway close to town.

Anyway, everyone I have delt with at Pure has been wonderful! The sales folks were patient, explained everything and answered my questions. My appointment was scheduled and the install tech arrived on time with everything I ordered. He was through, polite, and left my pump house looking better than it did on arrival. He took the old unit when he left and I am thrilled with my new water treatment system! I can't recommend Pure and their products enough and hope you will give them a try when you are ready for or need a new water treatment system!

I don't usually write reviews, but i was so impressed with the Pure Water System team, I wanted to absolutely give a huge shout out. Chris L. and Rich are our sales reps and the install tech, Nick, are so awesome and knowledgeable. They all happily answered every question or concern I had. This team fixed our well water issues and even cleaned up our air with a Purifying Scrubber. They are kind and trustworthy, always trying to get you set up in a timely manner.
