John was great!!!! MCS is the real deal. Fixed my leak in a timely manner and charged a fair price. 100% satisfactory work completed. John checked all my other bathrooms for any other concerns. Cleaned up after the job was down and no evidence he was ever there. Saving MCS under my contacts for future use (hopefully not anytime soon). Thank you guys.

Just watched one of their car zoom in and out of traffic without signaling driving a giant work truck with absolutely no consideration for any of the people around him. Not the kind of people I'd want working on my house.

We had this company visit our place on two occasions! The first time was a routine visit that cost us $135. However, the second time we needed a specific task completed, the plumber seemed clueless about what to do. He had to seek guidance from his supervisor. We were billed $220 for his service, which involved capping three pipes and accidentally damaging a pipe that was already shut off. And let's not forget about the charges for his numerous calls to his supervisor. What a joke! We reached out to the company and explained the whole situation to one of their representatives. The representative said she would return our call as soon as possible. A few hours later we still did not receive a phone call back. We had to make the effort and call them again. Finally, we spoke to the owner, who displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He really needs to learn how to listen and not interrupt customers when expressing their dissatisfaction with the unjust treatment we received. It's obvious that making money is their top priority, not customer satisfaction. They are overpriced and provide poor quality work.

I had a pipe leak inside the wall...I really panicked! A friend referred MCS so I called & they quickly sent Steve who is a GREAT, PROFESSIONAL plumber. He fixed the leak in a timely manner & at a reasonable price! Since that repair, I used MCS & Steve again to install a new garbage disposal, new bathroom faucet, soft water unit & install various toilet parts. They are totally professional, helpful & reasonable! I recommend them without hesitation!

My neighbor referred MCS. My gas was shut off by the gas company. They can out the next day. I had a gas leak on a line under my cooktop . They fixed it on the outside wall. Didn't have to tear up my tile !!!

A rental property needed a toilet replacement and MCS came out and did the work right away for less than what others quoted. I will use them again when I need a repair

We will patronize MCS for all of our plumbing needs. Will recommend to everyone. Honest people, pricing and excellent staff. Our plumber was cordial yet all business. Cleaned up after work. He was on time and texted 30mins prior to arrival.

Extremely poor business model. Talked with the lady who answered business phone about wishing to speak with Steve, the business owner, to get his professional opinion about an issue I was experiencing. She said he would call me back. Well that was December 20, and this past Saturday, January 8, after leaving a message he still hasn't returned a call! Business is either extremely good or he's out of business.

This review is from my attempt to get an estimate, not for actual work, but the company seemed highly disorganized. On February 8th, I spoke with Valerie in their office to state that I needed a written estimate for a specific job that I knew would not be inexpensive. For this reason, I wanted to get a few written estimates since I know they can vary. She scheduled Saturday, February 11th with me at 10am and informed me that there was a $49 fee for the estimate which would be credited back if I used them. I then received a phone call from her yesterday asking if we could reschedule a little earlier on Saturday at 8am which was fine. I just received a phone call from a Felicia in their office (apparently one of the owners since she is listed on their contractor's license with the same last name as the other owner listed) asking if I could meet their person today within the hour, but she said he needed to go to the "supply house" first. I asked why that person needed to go to the supply house first when I was only getting a written estimate. She said that there would be a fee for that - which I told her I already knew since an appointment was scheduled for Saturday with Valerie. She then seemed confused and asked me to hold on. Valerie then got on the phone and asked me what I wanted done as if we never spoke before. I then reminded her that we had an appointment for Saturday at 8am which she had rescheduled for the estimate. I asked what was going on at their company that nobody kept track of anything and what was discussed to have done. She then said that she could no longer do Saturday and wanted to change the appointment again to Monday. This company charges a fee for their estimate to respect their plumber's time to come out, but they do not appear to respect the customer's time. I have been flexible and said yes to rescheduling to earlier on Saturday (which was easy) and even said yes to meeting within the hour today, but when being told my appointment for Saturday could no longer happen without a reasonable reason it shows a lack of respect for a customer's time.
