John W.Aliso Viejo, CA0109Nov 3, 2015First to ReviewRIPOFF BEWARE! This place is a rip off in every way. The owner is an arrogant troglodyte who was beyond unhelpful and insulting. I just wanted to ask a few questions and make a transaction and instead I got spoken to as if I were worthless. How do they make money when their customer service is so awful? Plus I didn't need to hear about his he genitals. Apparently he had cancer and had surgery but that was TMI and I still don't know how or why he worked that into the conversation but it was creepy and totally not germane to the topic. At the end of his story he hit me up to make a donation to his charity which I could tell if it was legit or not. It was all weird and all after he was terribly insulting. I'm to polite and should have walked the minute he spoke down to me. Made a small purchase, went home and check online and found all the things I bought were available online at 20-30% less including shipping. Total waste of time, energy, and money.

This review is 100% fake. This person has never done business with MCOR Lighting nor met any of our staff or myself. He was a contractor hired for some personal work and when I complained about his work quality and reported him to the Contractors Board, he wrote this fake review. I have tried to have it removed several times, but Yelp will not take it down.
