LV Tree Worx

I needed three of my large palm trees and a pine tree trimmed. The company that previously did my tree trimming moved out of state. By luck, I was driving out of my complex and saw a crew trimming trees. I got their business card and made the call.

Branden, the owner, was quick to respond. He came to my house the next day and gave me a verbal quote. I received the actual quote via email and could accept it in an online portal or through text message.

The LV Tree Worx team came out a couple of days later. Mario and Ricardo were professional, friendly and very efficient. They made sure not to let the palm leaves fall into my other neighbors' yards and checked with me often to make sure the job was being done to spec. I was so pleased by this whole experience and would be happy to serve as a reference for LV Tree Worx.

Their pricing was reasonable, their response time was quick and the quality of their work was top-notch.

Absolutely the worst service we have received in years. They were to arrive Thursday morning by Thursday afternoon they called to push off start until Friday (my husband had taken Thursday off of work). On Friday they showed late but started the work. By Friday afternoon they had some work done and left a huge pile of debris in my yard and had debris in neighbors yard (again my husband took off work). LV Tree Works said they would come back Saturday to finish and no showed. My husband then emailed them cancelling the remainder of the contract due to this. 5 days later, I get a call from Brandon who allegedly hadn't read the email and apologizing for the delay in getting a crew out to finish. I suggested he speak directly to my husband and we haven't heard from him since. Attached are pictures of the mess they left.

They are not good at trimming palm trees at all and they half ass it on the clean up
I was going to hire this company to do a large apartment complex but I'm glad I hired them to do my house first to see their "Worx", but instead I hired a company with a better rating and the palm trees look great. I ended saving money in the long run with Real Professional Worx.

I saw this business working on a nearby property and asked a worker how much it would cost to trim one palm tree which is about 20 feet high. He then pointed me to his boss that saw the tree and quoted $40.00. I agreed and the worker climbed the tree and took care of it inside of 15 minutes. They said when they are finished with that other property, they would come back and pick up the palms that they left in my driveway. They didn't. They drove by and didn't even look. I called Brandon (the owner/manager) and he agreed they dropped the ball and would come back to pick them up. 3 days later, the palms are still in my driveway. I called the office number in which a lady answers the phone and the first thing she asked was how much they charged me. I told her that they charged $40.00 (and I gave them a 25% tip) so she called Brandon who told her they're running behind and they don't work on weekends. She called back and then told me that I would need to take care of it myself since they don't have time and it's too close to the weekend now, then she went on to say, "We normally charge $150.00" (this is without her having any knowledge of the tree or what was said on site). She said they gave me a deal because they were already in the neighborhood. I told her that I don't care if the agreed price was only $3.00 since they quoted the price on site and the price was agreed upon regardless of their $150 normal price. I don't need some flunky on the other end of the phone having her try to make excuses for their incompetence for overbooking where they can't be the master of their trade. Seeing that the owner is cruising around in his 75k pickup truck and not supervising the jobs they are doing, I'm surprised they are still in business.

One more thing. My wife is a top realtor in LV & manages 83 properties as well. This was a test that LV Tree Worx failed. They might have picked up more work if they were true to their word, but reading the other reviews, it looks like they can't handle what they have scheduled.

Never hire these guys. First of all the lady is so rude and then runs to this guy Jason to clean up what she has started. Speaking of Jason another guy who threatened me by saying "you will have done problems". Well they stained my pool. Never clean up their mess. They work like pigs! Owes me money to pay to get my pool back to normal. I will post pictures also have done recording of his threats. Still driving if I should go to court. Please help me make decision soon. We need to stand by each other!

Very disappointed with this company. A landscaper recommended them and we will not be using them either. Price was good, owner seemed knowledgeable but he was not around to supervise the team that he brought to our home. The chainsaw didn't work, (apparently this tree company only has one), the workers were nice enough but lacked experience.

They drop a log into my pool, one of the employees fell in the pool too. Ok stuff happens. They dropped a log into my neighbors yard and broke a light. We called the owner and told him to pull off the job, he committed to being on site for the removal of the last two trees, but left again without telling us and they dropped a log on my pool equipment. It was a circus without a ringleader. To top it off, sent a letter with final check and it was returned to sender. We are disputing remaining charges with our credit card company now.

Worst experience. They were to start at 7am. Didn't show til 1pm after numerous calls with no response. Guys were nice but not very professional. They had to leave and disappeared for nearly 2 hrs. I had to finally tell them to leave as it was nearing 8 at night and they still weren't done. Promised they would return to clean. Never saw them again. I called and texted the office. The lady was so rude. She offered to refund $75 of the $1000 I had paid. Then said...your check is in the mail. Don't call us again. These guys are a joke. Do not ever hire these idiots for anything. They are unprofessional, rude, messy, and not worth the time or stress. Class action law suit should be filed against them and all customers should get their money back. They should be shut down and never allowed to do business in any state. Usually I balance good and bad reviews to see the truth. But with this company...every bad review is true. I don't believe anyone who gives this company a good review. ​

This business was late and never arrived when we discusses so to please the HOAs deadline for the dead limbs we hired a new guy and he came out next day to cut the dead limbs off our tree.

About a week later this company came out and texts my wife jobs done and to pay them.

When my wife explains that they didn't do the work we hired a different guy who came out days ago and sends them pics they said "no we had a contract and tried to bully and threaten my wife.

I'm currently serving overseas so not much i can do from my end. But i have now filed a complaint with the BBB and send a warning about this business to the Nellis AFB legal office.

I hope this business learns to treat people with respect and not threaten & bully women.

The Worst!!!!!!!........$200 minimum fee no matter what they do... I requested several things to be done (remove small tree and planet new one, cut back all plants for the winter and fertilize) After 2 no show appointments 2 workers came and removed the small tree (which took 10 minutes and they took away in a target plastic bag) and then I never saw them again. I called twice ....2 more appointments with no shows .... I called to request cancel the work which I was informed of the $200 minimum by a screaming woman.

Terrible service. Called and they came out for an estimate, gave me a quote and I accepted. Appointment set and then no call no show. Also I followed up and no response. Worst experience ever, stay classy!
