We will perform your job right, on time and on budget. We work with estimates you sign before we start any work. We want you to have a clear understanding of the expectations and a general idea of the risks associated with your project. We will work with you to reconcile any miscommunication or misunderstanding to the best of our abilities as we strive to have recommendations from EVERY JOB. We will also never take a project that puts our license in danger. What does that mean? It means Ladder, Truck and Toolbox employees are prohibited from taking on any project that requires a permit, or a licensed builder/subcontractor to perform the work, or will result in a bill of over $1000 for any single project. Some of what we do, you COULD do. It comes down to the time value of money, or the personal satisfaction of your doing it yourself. We’re happy to help out. Call us if you need us! Some specialty examples are listed, but not limited to: Buildings/Gardens: From outside storage sheds to dog houses, or grow houses to greenhouses, we can assemble your items, or fabricate entire units for you! We specialize in sub-irrigation, above ground gardens. Renovate: New cabinet hardware, faucets and drawer pulls can give you that renovated feel without breaking your budget! Construct/Assemble: Sometimes you just need it built right. If you don’t want to take the time and deal with the frustration of having to put it together, let us handle it for you!

It takes 3 days to get a quote and customer rep seems clueless. I will not hire a company like this. They're already unreliable. When companies show you how they are, believe them.

Hello Chelsea,
I searched through our call logs and we do not have a request for anyone by the name of Chelsea. It is not our practice to deliver estimates any later than 24 hours. This week and last, all estimates have been delivered same day. We do have a few in our que that we are waiting on pictures for from the customers or the in-person estimate invoice to be paid, unsure if any of those are you but under a different name. We would love to help, and absolutely do not want you to have this type of experience with our company.
If you would like, please direct message us, so we can figure out what name was used and if we needed any additional information from you to deliver your estimate.
Thank you. - Linda R.Las Vegas, NV01Nov 28, 2023
We hired LTT for a complex project on a high ceiling yesterday. Andrew did such an amazing job. He arrived within his window, was friendly and communicated well. His work was clean and organized. We are very pleased and plan to request Andrew for future projects. 5 stars only because 100 isn't an option!

One star only because I cannot give a negative star rating! UNBELIEVABLE! These guys came out and provide me a bid for a fireplace replacement with tile and stone work surrounding. Just the work not the actual fireplace installation mind you. Tear out the old one, frame for the new one and install all the stone and tile surrounding it. Very straight forward. They were nothing but a pain and failure from the start!
Charged me additional for the removal of the old one...never told me that would be the case. Charged me additional for the material...never told me that would be the case. I just wanted a bid for the "JOB". But guess I should have read the fine print. Tried to charge me for additional material that was not even for my job. I requested receipts and they adjusted but then was wrong on the amount again so I had to add the receipts up for them to get the correct number!!! Disappeared for hours, literally HOURS at time to find out later was "getting certified to install the gas line" WHAT??? if you were not certified to being with why did you bid the job! THEN with all the tile purchased by ME, sitting my driveway ready for installation, bailed after I questioned them as to why their employee was GOOGLING how to install the stone and tile? IF YOU HAD NOT DONE THIS BEFORE WHY DID YOU ACCEPT THE JOB! Then they said "I don't think we are good fit for this job"! SERIOUSLY! Would have been good to know this BEFORE you started!
By far the most unprofessional business I have dealt with fort this type of work! They are unreliable, unprofessional and unbelievable! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! AND NOW the worker just tried to call me out for "going behind his back" and having dialog with the company he works for with my concerns. WHAT A JOKE!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Emily L.Henderson, NV1658127Jun 13, 2022
I was very happy with Claudio, who hung a heavy bag and installed a ceiling fan. Communication was good and he was friendly and professional. I'm having him come back next week to do some additional tasks. Highly recommend.

This company does not stand by their statement of "doing the job right" and their office manager, Jade, is just rude and unprofessional and could care less about her customers. Where do I start?
I got several bids to redo my old garage door jambs. Their bid was the highest by far but I could actually schedule with them and I liked that they were licensed as I wanted the job done right. The job took over 6 hours, including 1.5 hours spent at Home Depot down the street for reasons unknown. I was not charged for all that time but it doesn't make up for what transpired. Their handyman, Claudio, hit my garage door frame while working and the door wouldn't close. He also punched in the wall button for my garage door in the process of trying to get it to close when the problem was with the frame (rails) he hit. It still works, but only if you hit it several times or from a certain angle and I just had a garage door guy look at it and now I need to buy a new one so he can install it as the garage door spontaneously opens on its own due to the button being punched in. He also messed up the garage door rails when trying to fix them and my entire garage door closes on an angle and Claudio glued the trim piece on an angle on that side so it would be flush rather than fixing his mess-up correctly! My garage door is actually in danger of falling off the rails so that needs to be fixed, as well as redoing the glued-on trim piece so it's straight and flush with the even garage door if that's even possible without damaging it and the actual jamb. This just gets worse by the minute.
Back to the actual jambs, Claudio used 2 pieces of trim with the rubber seal on one jamb which is not right. It should be one solid piece of trim. He also left nearly an half-inch gap on the same trim/seal piece at the top of the other jamb. He got the dark brown paint I provided all over the floor of my garage and on my new driveway. But, that was just the beginning of the issues as he didn't nail the trim piece into the jamb at the bottom so I had a row of exposed nails nearly half the way up and then the trim pulled completely away from the jamb after using the garage for a few days (he did finally get the frame fixed so the door would close, at least). Ugh.
I contacted Jade about all this via text with photos. I never got an apology for that but was told she would send my photos to him. Were they not proof enough to her? She did get back to me and I was finally able to get Claudio scheduled for the next week and, yes, he needed to totally redo the trim pieces on either side because they were too short, hence putting two pieces together and leaving a gap, and after going to Home Depot again, he glued the trim to my jambs as light was still coming through after nailing them up. I also showed him the wall button for my garage door but he said nothing. I kept pointing it out compared to the other buttons and crickets. At least own up to it and offer to fix it! The kicker was when he realized he would actually have to go back to Home Depot and do my jambs the right way, I asked if he'd please pick up some concrete filler and fill in the small chunks of concrete missing next to my new jambs so I wouldn't have gaps. This would be a nice gesture for cheating me on the first job and wasting another day of my time and I wouldn't have asked otherwise. Well, he came back with nothing but the trim and when I asked where the concrete filler was, he said that Jade told him he couldn't buy it. What a terrible way to take care of a customer who paid nearly $500 in full for such a shoddy job from someone who clearly knew he bought pieces that were too short to save a few bucks. I called Jade at that point and she just argued with me on the phone and then said she'd have the owner call me as she "couldn't answer my questions." I'm not sure why that was so difficult and no one ever contacted me, of course. I'll presume the owner is her husband but it's not really relevant at this point.
I do not recommend this company nor will ever use them again. I don't pay to be treated like garbage and I don't deal with shady handymen or their bosses. Furthermore, I now have major repairs to my garage door and need a legitimate handyman to redo the right trim all on my nickel.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Greg H.Henderson, NV273420Apr 6, 2022
We had them out to help twice with various issues around the house. from replacing a plumbing fixture to helping with our sprinklers, they have always been dedicated to quality work. I send all my friends to them for handyman work.

We've used them for a number of house repairs - including roofing, painting, power washing, and misc handyman stuff. They're very friendly, on time, and do a great job.

This company was amazing. I needed 3 fans installed in my house. Jade was able to set me up with a quote and appointment and tell me exactly who was coming to do the work. Then today right on time Claudio showed up and did the work extremely fast, he even made it look easy. He had to deal with my toddler being nosy and talking up a storm but he was still extremely nice and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

I had a sprinkler in my ceiling leak and the company had to cut a large part of the drywall out of ceiling. I had Ladder, Truck and Toolbox (Claudio) come today and fix the drywall, you can not tell where it was, he matched the texture, paint and did a great job. I can not say enough good things about these folks from my initial call ( they called back with a quote within a half hour) to how quickly they were able to help me. They do so many different repairs call them first, prices are very reasonable.
