In renovating our condo we came across an issue with old, rotting floor boards on the balcony and were referred by the HOA to call King Bee Construction because they use them often for repair and maintenance at the condo complex.
Melissa, the contact person in the office was wonderful to work with. She was professional, friendly and quick at getting me on the schedule. Jeremy came out to give an estimate and was very professional and friendly. Elijah and Randy showed up each day on time and did a great job fixing the balcony. A very great experience from start to finish! I highly recommend them. Thanks King Bee!!

King Bee did a major remodel at our villa. Removed walls, ceiling, bathrooms and kitchen. It was great! The finished project was all I hoped for. It took several months, but they stayed on schedule and budget (except for projects I added). Melissa and Angelo communicated with me the entire time. I would recommend them completely. I went from a 1970's box of small rooms to a beautiful and modern condo that lives like a house. I can't say enough good about this company.

King Bee with Angelo, Melissa and there great crew were fantastic to work with. We did a master bath remodel - remove old tub and shower and build a walk-in shower and a makeup vanity area. They were timely, organized and left the work area amazingly clean. They use great associates for the specialty work and manage everything in a very professional manner.

We would strongly recommend King Bee for any remodel work and won't hesitate to call them if we have another project in the future.

For the past four years we have contracted with King Bee for 3 huge projects inside and outside our house. The first year's project necessitated replacing 26 concrete piers under our deck that were crumbling; the 2nd project was an upgrade of the entire outside of the house - stucco, new front porch, gutters, painting, and new front door install; the last project, which we just completed, comprised of having 2 bathrooms remodeled, which started because of severe plumbing issues. King Bee on all projects were the absolute best - hard working, caring about our needs and questions as well as the costs of the projects - the estimates they provided were detailed, extremely fair, and right on target. This last project involved gutting one bathroom completely, redoing the electric and plumbing to code, putting in new walls, flooring, fan, vanity, toilet, and claw foot tub as well as a plethora of other work. The other bath needed the leaks fixed, partial new walls, install of beautiful new shower, toilet, vanity, floor, etc. We cannot say enough good things about King Bee Construction and their subcontractors - they were all just wonderful to work with and we would not use or trust any other company with our house. Angelo and Melissa are the best!

We hit the "jackpot" when we hired King Bee Construction to replace some siding on our daughter's home. Angelo and Melissa were great ... They were true to their word in all instances, prompt to even calling when Angelo was running five minutes late! The crew they sent out were great guys...friendly, trustworthy, they finished the job without delay and it was done right!

I would definitely recommend "King Bee" and can say for certain that should we need any further work in the future, we'd definitely hire Angelo and his crew at King Bee!

Although I didn't use there services because it was outside their scope, they were very helpful in recommending a contractor that could help. They responded quickly and with this kind of customer service when they don't have the job I couldn't imagine the service as a customer...thanks

My husband and I have had them work on numerous projects in our home. They are very professional and caring! I don't trust anyone else with our home. If something needs attention they always make it right. Angelo and Melissa are amazing to work with as well as the whole team.

We bought our dream retirement home in Somersett in September of 2014. We never thought to stand in the bathtub of our guest bathroom??? Who knew that the builders did not seat it correctly when the home was built? We were lucky enough to find King Bee Construction to bid our job which consisted of cutting out the shower enclosure, pulling up the tub, reseating it properly, replace the shower enclosure, tape and bed and finally painting. We could not be happier with the results. Not only did they finish the job in 3 days, you could never tell that it was done until you showered! Angelo is a fantastic project manager and with the addition of Melissa, the office manager, we found that this experience was better than anything we could have ever expected. The workers were polite and did an awesome job! We have more projects to complete as we settle into our dream home and you can be sure that King Bee Construction will be asked to assist us! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable, courteous contractor! Thank you so much!!!
