Joe's Roofing

Our old roof held in there for 52 years (tile), but this last winter made it become the priority for replacement.
We called five roofing contractors this early Spring. Joe was one of two who gave us a return call with information and follow up with materials samples. He was the only one who actually took his valuable time (knowledgeable and friendly) to carefully explain what he saw, heard our concerns and our desires, and referred us to actual addresses where we could do a drive-by and see actual roofs demonstrating the type of roof he recommended. We were picky, but hey, we are intending to have this roof be our last roofing decision!
We made our choice, and he was able to book us sooner than we initially thought possible. The big day arrived and so did his ace team - on time and ready to go. His team was respectful of the property, noisy with roofing tools (expected) but no loud music or other disturbances.
The job was completed in two days! We have a 1500 SF single story ranch, so it was not complicated in its design.
When they were done they did a great job of leaving the yard free of debris and we couldn't be happier with the results. The neighbor across the street has a bird's eye view of our roof, could see everything even more clearly that our ground level perspective and now they are wanting to book their new roof with Joe.

They did a good job putting on the new roof however they are complete slobs. I got a new roof four months ago and I'm still picking up pieces of roof all over the ground and debris in my garage. Everything I had stored in my garage has dirt from the roof on it. Then when they were finished, they left the satellite dish hanging off the roof by a cord and had to come back put that on then they took my outdoor trashcan and said they would bring it back and they never did. they also smoked cigarettes in front of my house on my front porch and I have a non-smoking household, very disrespectful and rude.

I had an estimate done for some repairs to my porch roof. I was told I needed a whole new roof on my whole house. I was sent an estimate after quite a few days (weeks). I had questions and attempted to contact the company. My calls were not answered or returned. My email response to the estimate was never answered either. This has been several weeks now. I notified them today I was no longer interested in doing business with them. No communication from them at all. Terrible way to run a business. I have called another company.

Called for an estimate for roof repair ... someone came out and walked the job; I've been waiting 3 weeks for an estimate ... even called the office twice ... still no estimate.
If the company is too busy they should not book the time to walk the job ... just say you're too busy?

My house feels like a facial treatment after Joe's Roofing Company has done a Fabulous job. I love my new roof. They are very efficient and of good quality materials. Of course, the $ is very good. All staff and the boss are very nice.

Called twice a week apart and never heard back. Ended up finding someone else. Was bummed because all the reviews were great. Maybe out of business? Not sure.

We needed an estimate done on our roof so I called a few local places. Joe's Roofing was the only one to get back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Jesse came out and took a look at our roof. He recommended a patch and seal would work for now, but eventually, we'd need a new roof. I appreciated the fact Jesse wasn't trying to sell me something I don't need right now. Jesse was able to come back within a few days to repair my roof for a great price. He was easy to talk to and he was really nice to my dog :)

We had a roof leak during the last rain and snow storm. We we lucky that Joe was nearby and was able to come to find where the leak was within an hour. He had his crew come, trudge through the snow, shovel the snow off the roof and complete a temporary fix before noon. Joe and his crew were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond their roofing work when they picked up the snow shovel and cleared a walkway to our street. I highly recommend Joe's Roofing!!!

Yeah, don't bother. I under Roofing companies are busy but if you're going to tell people you're going to call them back or schedule something in, you should do it or otherwise just tell them you're too busy to accept new clients... I waited 2 weeks and no calls. I call back and they apologized and told me someone for sure would call me back... 2 weeks later, I'm here finding a new company and write this review. I'm sure they don't care anyways since they are busy already.
