      Mark Quoted me $1500 to install a mini-split a/c in my garage. Told me it was an all day job! Told me he gets $170 an hour for his labor and that other companies would charge me $9000!

      As a business owner myself I couldn't believe what was coming out of this guy's mouth!

      I had already priced the install from 2 other companies and they each wanted $500.

      Caveat Emptor! Bigtime!

      $1500 installation on a $1100 unit!

      Does that make sense to you?

      You are not an hourly.company? That's pretty funny but I'm not surprised.

      I stand by my review as it's factual, concise and to the point and I hope unsuspecting consumers will learn from my experience regarding your business practices!

      Now your claiming you don't install the equipment that I bought?

      I'm having a tantrum ?

      You are truly pathetic trying to spin this!


      FYI After reading my review and responding these unethical idiots sent me an invoice for $89 via text this morning!

      That sums it up perfectly !

      Total Shysters! Beware !

      Anthony was on time and very nice. He listened to our concerns and checked our systems thoroughly. We had one of the big corporate companies out the day before and they told us our systems were going to blow up but Anthony tested everything right in front of me and showed me that all my components were within specs. I think I have found my new A/C techs.

      Mark and his team were great! We needed to update our 20 year old heating system so we contacted him after a great recommendation from our neighbor. He evaluated our system and provided options. He was very honest and trustworthy! I've had various questions regarding my heater and he's always been a call away to help out. Truly a professional that leads a kind, hardworking team.

      I have been using Evolve Services for the last few years. Mark and the team are completely professional, knowledgeable and HONEST. After getting the recommendation to replace our system with a bigger company here in town, they came out and explained that we didn't need to do that yet, our current system was able to be repaired. Mark did the repair work and we have been up and running ever since. Thank you Mark and Evolve Services

      Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this service! We initially called Valley Air Conditioning (the number on our thermostat) to come and check out an issue we were having with our heater. However, because it was the weekend, I believe we were redirected to Evolve. Mark, owner of the company, tried to charge my girlfriend and I for something that wasn't even broken! He claimed our control board was not sequencing correctly and to replace it, it'll cost $578 for the part. I wasn't home at the time, but my girlfriend was and at first she said okay because our heater had just stopped heating a few nights ago and we have a two year old son that we need to keep warm. She figured she could trust his word on it. I mean, he's a professional right? Well, Mark went downstairs to check to see if he had the part in his vehicle; he didn't. So he explained he'd have to drive out to pick it up. She said okay.

      We had just purchased our home back in August and my girlfriend realized it came with a home warranty. Because we're first time homebuyers, we weren't too sure how home warranties even work. She texted Mark to ask if our home warranty would cover the part. He didn't reply so she called him and he was frustrated. Mind you, it hasn't even been 10 mins of him driving out to pick up the part, but he started mentioning charging us for evaluation, service, and some other bullsh*t fees. Random numbers that were NEVER ONCE mentioned prior to him even offering the service. Actually, no service charges nor evaluation fees were EVER mentioned over the phone either. We understand "no work is free," but there are other companies who offer free consultations or evaluations. He said our home warranty would cover it, but he would do a far better job at fixing the issue and that home warranties send out the cheapest of the cheap to repair things. Okay?

      What if things were different and we just wanted a second opinion? His response and reaction was unprofessional. I had to leave my job and rush home in 10 mins to deal with him because he wanted to charge us $209! $89 for an evaluation fee and the rest for having him drive out no more than 10 mins for a part that we soon came to find out WE DIDN'T NEED! After calling Valley Air Conditioning to speak with someone about where all of these charges were randomly coming from because WTH? $209?! For what? We came to an agreement that we'll pay Mark his $89 because he was upset and he did have to come out to "evaluate the problem."

      Well, we were ripped off our $89 and thankful we didn't pull through with his services because we would have been sh*t outta luck $578 for something we did not need. Our home warranty sent out two gentlemen that were here no longer than 10 mins and tightened a wire that was loose in the attic and that was it. Literally. He was working perfectly fine and everything was back to normal.

      How ironic; no wonder Mark was super upset. HE KNEW DAMN WELL OUR CONTROL BOARD WASN'T THE PROBLEM! And if we got a second opinion, they'd obviously let us know. He took the opportunity to take advantage of my girlfriend and tried to hustle us. Scandalous and deceitful.

      Don't trust this guy. Save your money and go elsewhere. We can't believe we paid him $89 for an evaluation fee (that was never mentioned prior) just to have the evaluation be f*cking FALSE!

      Mark is HONEST & fabulous! We got a quote from another local company who has been in town for years & they were completely dishonest! Said we needed a unit at $11,000 or $3700 in repairs. Mark & his guy new immediately we only needed a new capacitor & R22. Unit now working like a champ at $683! Thank you Mark & Evolve Services!

      Mark Havel came out to my house this afternoon, did a great job, found the problem right away and fixed it and tuned up my other system for me. Great service and very professional and very informative gave me great insight into the work I was paying for . Thanks again Mark!

      I called Evolve Services and spoke with Mark, I explained I was having some issues with my A.C. unit. Mark stated he could stop by the next day. Mark stated he would be by between 2pm and 4pm. Mark arrived right at 2pm. I felt that was great. No one likes waiting for the repairman. Mark fixed my unit, and took the time to explain to me what was wrong, and had my unit running like new in about an hour. The cost was very affordable. If you need your A.C. fixed do yourself a favor and hire Evolve Services. The professionalism is unmatched. Thanks for a job done right.

      Mark at Evolve Services came to our rescue this evening!!
      We had our 4 year old unit just stopped blowing cold air and our home started to heat up from our normal 74 degrees around 8:00 AM up to 86 degrees around 12:00 noon. We called Padilla Air Condition who just serviced my unit less then 2 months ago and told me I may need a new "condenser " because my current one was borderline and I should replace it in order to get through the hot summer months!!
      ($150) paid in good faith.

      Today unit went down, Padilla arrived at 6:05 and checked out my unit and said the "compressor " was bad and he would not be able to fix today that I should call Yes Air Conditioning, who I bought unit from 4 years ago telling me the soonest they could come out was noon the following day which would leave us with no air for 24 hours!!
      I called Mark at Evolve Services explained my delima and he came right over and ran his test and said I didn't need a new compressor that the wiring harness had a short in it and therefore the compressor was not kicking on!!!!!
      He installed a new harness and bingo!!! The air conditioner was working great!!
      I will now use Mark for all my air conditioning services going forward and highly recommend him to everyone!!!

      Mark was helpful and explained the entire repair process of my air-conditioning unit. It turned out to be a simple repair that needed to be done, after another company told me I needed a new unit since my current unit could not be repaired. I now feel confident that my home will stay cool this summer and will use/recommend Evolve services for all my air conditioning needs. Keep up the great work!
