ET&M installed 2 new system for us 18 months ago - No problems, great customer service, excellent job.

This past Saturday, 11/25/23 at approximately 5 P.M. a minor concern arose with one of our systems. We were ready to go out for the evening, so we called the office after hours and on a day that they were closed figuring we will just leave a message.

To our surprise, the Boss Man, Matt Tannehill answers the phone. Long story short {I hate clichés} the boss Man responds personally the next day, a Sunday, and solves our problem. Thank You Matt, you're the best.

Driver was disrespectful, he was sitting in the truck for 3 minutes and as soon as I park behind to load up materials from Lowe's he starts revving and honking at me

E T & M Refrigeration is a great company. They saved us when our heater was out. They did a great job and were able to fix our existing system without having to buy a lot of costly new parts. I only use them for any air conditioning or heating needs I have.

Dishonest billing and price gauging. Our humidifiers were not working, they came three times. The first time did nothing and diagnose we need one new fill valve, the second time came for an hour to decide we need two fill valves, and charged me 1 hour 45 minutes, and the third time came back to install the humidifier Fill Valves (which they order after the 2nd time) for only 20 minutes of work, and then charge me this time for 2 hours service fee. The valve is only $90 each, but charged me $188 each. We are not sure we have one valve that is broken or two valves- they never showed us the old ones. The diagnosis contradicts each other, and either the technician lied about the service time or the billing girl was dishonest. This company sucks. I will warn you to stay away from them.

I knowing bought a house that needed a new AC unit. I called ET&M and talked with Tommy who quickly provided with with an invoice which I needed for my loan. After I closed they had the AC installed a few days later. I was very happy about how quickly Tommy and Matt had this done and with no issues. The AC unit works great which is good because I hate old crappy AC units. Vegas is way too hot and a good AC unit is mandatory!

I've had ET&M repair my A/C units a number of times. They've been prompt and courteous each time. Thankfully the repairs haven't been major. The service-call charge for coming out for the diagnostic is reasonable as well. This outfit doesn't really advertise, but their work speaks volumes.

After having a bad experience with an A/C provided by my warranty company, a friend recommended ET&M. When Matt arrived I was very impressed with his level of knowledge, how he explained everything, and overall professionalism. Our unit was not simple fix. After multiple corrections and Matt staying there until 9:00 pm (4 hrs.) he got the system going and never a had to replace the expensive part the other guys suggested. It's no wonder with this caliber of service that ET&M doesn't need to advertise. Word of mouth is all they need. By far the most honest and impressive service I have every received.

If you need a A/C company, this is the one you should go with. We had several issues with our A/C, unfortunately! In July unknown to us, our condenser pan in our attic had a crack and was leaking. We noticed when the ceiling literally started falling. We were put in touch with another company who came out and gave us a price quote and told us they would need to order the part. We still haven't heard back from them, but that's another review. Anyway, our upstairs A/C completely goes out and a friend told us to call ET&M. They were able to come out the next day, found the problem with our compressor in 5 minutes and even had the part on the truck to fix it right then. We explained the issue in the attic that we had. Matt went up, took a look. Gave us an estimate and said he could get the part. Within a week, they had the part and made the repair! They were awesome. I appreciate how fast and quickly this job was taken care of! I will be keeping their number in my phone for any future issues!
