Elite Air Systems

Our AC stopped working we had no power to our nest thermostat. I phoned our "HVAC Company" which we pay a maintenance fee to for situations like this one. They said we had to wait 11 days before they could come out. I asked why do I pay you guys for. He said if I weren't a member I would have to wait an additional 2 days. I phoned Elite Air I left a message. The owner called me back a few hours later. He asked me some questions. Then asked if he could call me back and he said he would walk me through some tests. When he phoned me back he with a few simple steps had our AC back up and running. Awesome Customer Service. He has earned a loyal customer. I promptly canceled our contact with the other well known HVAC company. I would highly recommend Elite Air.

I called them spoke to a young woman gave her all my information that she requested set up an appointment, some very rude individual took the phone wanted to know the very same information I had just given the young woman wanted to know who told me that my A/C was bad, I told him it's been verified, he told me to call someone else hung up.

When we moved into our new home we called Elite Air Systems to come check our heating and cooling systems. They have done the service calls for the last two years. They are easy to reach and set up appointments. The techs are always on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. They get the work done promptly, are thorough and do any necessary clean up. Our usual tech Josh has been very helpful in explaining the operation of our systems as they were new to us. We highly recommend this company.

Went by this business on Thursday afternoon and actually spoke with the owner and a senior tech for about 30 minutes. Tech came out the next morning (on time!) and diagnosed the problem. I had a bid that afternoon and a new furnace installed the following Tuesday morning. Great communication, no 3xtra charges beyond bid, even though one tech had to make a run back to Carson for a new thermostat. Just a good, and rare, feeling that you're getting a straight deal.

While doing inspections for my home purchase, another HVAC company completed the inspection and provided a quote. After trying to reach the original company for three weeks to schedule the work and not getting any response, I reached out to Elite. Ed, the owner, answered the phone and was courteous and professional. He stated that they serviced my area (Dayton), would be more than happy to look over my report/quote to see if he could beat it (which they did), and had me scheduled within days.

The tech, Josh, not only called to give me an ETA to my house, but showed up on time. He was great to deal with and very honest with what I needed vs what the original company was trying to sell me/not needed. He showed me what repairs were actually needed and ended up saving me even more money by not doing senseless repairs just to make money. I'm more than happy with Elite and will be calling them for all my HVAC needs in the future! In fact, I created this Yelp account just to leave them 5-Star feedback!

Chad and owner Ed were so helpful and very knowledgeable. We had another company come out and clean our system and they messed a lot of things up. They were able to fix the problem and educate us at the same time so it didn't happen again. We thought our house was falling apart lol but they ensured us it wasn't.

They have installed air conditioning units for us and responding to issues here and there very promptly. Highly recommended.

Ed and his team are top notch! I had some major issues from an installation by another company who refused to fix their work.. I was referred to Elite Air Systems from a friend. When I called, I was spoken with right away and they were able to send someone out same day to look over my issues. Within a few days the problem was fixed and now my heater works as it should! Ed is a straight up and honest guy. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do future work and I will refer them to everyone from here on out. It's hard to find companies these days that care about their customers and have integrity. Can't thank you enough Elite Air Systems!

I called Elite Air Systems, and Ed was super nice, he got someone over to look at the AC the next day, even tho I know he was busy. And he was the only one I had any luck with getting to the house in a timely matter, all of the others said next week sometime. Then, Chad showed up, and what a delightful man! In this day and age, its rare to see the level of customer service Chad exhibits. And he swiftly found the problem, fixed it, and it was very reasonable, and I'm very happy not to be sweating like I was! This business is very lucky to have someone like Chad working for them, and I will gladly recommend this business to anyone who wants reliable, quick, and nice people fixing their AC.

I called for an appointment after I swapped out my thermostat to a "smart thermostat" and my HVAC system stopped working altogether after 24 hours of working correctly. I received a phone call from Ed Cavanaugh a couple hours later and he was able to walk me through some troubleshooting steps and we were able to diagnose my problem. Ed spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone and he was incredibly patient and helpful. I was not charged for his expertise and I cannot speak highly enough of this business.
