This is literally the BEST roofing company I have ever worked with. Our old roof had suffered some damages during last year's storm and needed a full replacement. Starting from the estimating and scheduling, Liz was extremely professional and patient, answering all of our questions every step of the way. While comparing the quote from the other local companies, we noticed that EFR's quote was the most comprehensive and competitive without feeling being ripped off.

Right when our project was about to kickoff, Liz had to take her maternity leave. I was at first quite concerned about the project coordination. However, the GM, Mike, stepped up and took on the project coordinator role himself. He is not only very professional, patient and also very technical. The project went very well with very little issues. Daily updates and photos are extremely helpful to us who were not on site to see the progress ourselves. Our superintendent is also very knowledgeable and skillful. He was there often to supervise the job and also came to do the work on the skylights and ridge vents to our complete satisfaction.

All in all, we are very happy that we chose East Fork Roofing. It is a great company that holds high standards of workmanship and customer services. Thank you, EFR!

The last big home project for now - after this recent winter and all the storms, we had nearly 30+ shingles missing. We are so glad we opted for East Fork to replace our roof. The pricing was competitive to other companies, but they did offer a discount. They were detail oriented and communication was great. What I didn't expect was the regular updates with pictures throughout the 4 days the project was in progress- which we appreciated. Our new roof looks so nice.

I had an appt scheduled for a Friday morning for more than a week, the Thursday prior East Fork Roofing cancelled the appt (less than 24 hours notice) and let me know via email that "their team recommends having an inspection done to create an inspection report and repair proposal " and they "have a $195.00 fee".

I chose EFR to replace my 38 year old roof. Liz (project manager) and Brenda (scheduling) were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They informed me at every stage of the project by phone and e-mail (including pictures) including what to expect.
Neil, the project foreman, was experienced, professional, did an excellent job on the installation, and took pride in his work.
EFR has "best practices" in place to make sure customers get a quality product. After the installation and cleanup, the City inspects the roof and makes sure all the permits are complied with. Then EFR has Aaron, the quality control supervisor, inspect the roof and the work done.
I highly recommend EFR. They did everything they said they would do.

East fork roofing had done a great job of replacing my roof. Professional work with cleaning done everyday till the completion. Really fast in removing my existing roof and installation of new. Taken care of the city permit and inspection both from self quality check with qualified inspectors and from city inspectors. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

East Fork Roofing was one of the two companies I requested a quote from. They were very responsive and came in $5,000 less than the other company. The entire process from start to finish was very simple and their entire staff in all divisions were very helpful. They quoted 7-10 days to replace my roof and they were done in the specified time. The installers cleaned up their work daily and were very respectful of my property. The sent me photos and updates of the progress as well as answering any and all questions I had during the install. I had an additional question after the final inspection and their staff was still very responsive to me and not only emailed me but called to assist me. I will recommend East Fork Roofing to all my family and friends.

Just had my roof done and the whole experience was handled efficiently and professionally from the office staff to the work crew. They responded to my request for information in less than 24 hours. They gave me an online proposal as well as a written copy in the mail which was very helpful so I didn't have to print all those pages. Everything was spelled out and all my questions were answered.

Materials were delivered, crew worked efficiently, and most important - they cleaned up every night before leaving! The crew was courteous and respectful and did a great job. I received online progress reports daily, along with photos, and a final inspection report within two weeks of completion. Their price was very affordable and I would definitely recommend them!

Our roof was just over 30 years old and we knew it would need replacing in the next 5-7 years. We had the money for a replacement but weren't sure if we should wait a few more years. East fork had been popping up all over our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. I honestly thought it was a scam when we got the incredibly low quote. I thought there had to be a catch. When I talked to a neighbor who used them and they also paid an incredibly low amount and had good experiences, we went for it. I appreciated that they did not need to constantly check in with us or ask us questions. They did their work and we went about our lives not feeling the need to be available at any moment. The updates electronically were also nice. The only 2 recommendations I have are 1) ask if people are working from home before playing music while they work, and 2) a better estimate of when work will start or if they will not be at the home for a certain amount of time.
