Not a showroom. Very small and nothing to see as far as bathtubs, sinks, and countertops. It's all about imagination at this store.

My Aunt purchased a new kitchen through this company and the installation went well however I went to look at the work later and noticed that the cuts were not clean and had frayed. I also noticed that the shelves in one cabinet weren't square. I called Aaron and sent him pictures. I just asked for a call to discuss. He did not respond. I have called and left messages over the past month asking just for a call to discuss. He has not responded. Very poor support.

We just had our master bathroom completely renovated and upgraded by Designer Kitchens and Bath. We interviewed 3 contractors before choosing them and feel we made the best choice. Their quote was competitive, free, and accurate. The work was started and completed on time. The sub-contractors were experienced, professional and courteous.
Barbara is very accessible should you have any concerns along the way.
We were completely satisfied with the work and plan to use Designer Kitchens and Bath again in the future. Highly recommended.

We had two bathrooms remodeled - complete gutting and remodel. We/I thought I knew what I was doing from granite counters to tile and vanity selection and if not for Barbara's expertise my bathrooms would have resembled a 1970 discotheque.

The most important lesson in remodeling is patience and trust. Our projects had minor issues while at the same time the company was expanding - patience. Barbara stated on day one that she will always guarantee workmanship long after project completion - trust. Barbara sticks to her word and ensures the customer is satisfied. We have never had an issue with any questions or repairs. She will repair and/or replace workmanship and material items as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Barbara does not create a new contract or invoice for this and as previously stated - she stands by her word - trust.

If you worry about quotes with respect to whether a particular company will be around in a year or two after project completion and honor warranty work, or after warranty expiration, rest assured Barbara's company will take care of you.

Barbara runs one hell of a business! She is not only a licensed contractor but a designer as well. Is she busy? Of course she is, and personally I think that's a good thing!

We had several companies come out for estimates on our kitchen remodel. Unfortunately all of them were limited with what they do. "We only do cabinets", "we only do countertops", "we only do tile". Barbara is a one stop shop that does it all. I love that she handles every aspect of a remodel. She made our old outdated kitchen modern, contemporary and functional. She did everything as promised and all of her employees did quality work as well as being on time and respectful.

Barbara did such a great job with our kitchen that we also hired her to completely remodel our master bath as well as gut our guest bath to do a tub to shower conversion. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped in a timely manner. No remodel will go exactly perfect, but any minor issues that arose were handled quickly by Barbara or her project manager George.

I would not hesitate to recommend Designer Kitchen and baths. It was about as seamless as a remodel can be.

I didn't buy countertops from Designer Kitchen and Baths but they were very helpful and provided me with a company that could repair my problem. I purchased granite countertops from Lowe's and the wrong color was delivered. It's been a month waiting for the correct color to be ordered and installed so I wanted to use another company. Even though Erin could have a sale, he was kind enough to suggest that I use another company to repair the overhand on all the cabinet tops.

This is above and beyond great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Designers recently finished our bathroom remodel. It is beautiful!! Barbara listened to our ideas and suggested ideas of her own. We were able to meet with her to shop for tile, faucets, and countertops. Rob, her Superintendent, is great! We were given a printed schedule of day and time each phase of the remodel would occur. He was our go to guy for all concerns. Thanks Rob for continually being on top of the job. From the demo to finish, each and every worker that entered our home was hardworking and polite. Tony did a remarkable job! Steven, with Adaven Plumbing, knew exactly what he was doing!! The tile guys, countertops, flooring, and shower glass went in without a glitch.
If you want your remodel done right, go with Designers!! Remarkable work.
Just a note: this is not our first remodel in Las Vegas. Our prior remodels have been nightmares.

I'm so sad I didn't spend a little bit more and hire Barbara. She has great people skills and honestly cares for the customers.
I paid dearly for that mistake. I hired Las Vegas kitchen and bath instead and I wound up doing a lot of work myself. Plus Paul hangs up on customers and cusses at them. I was a customer of Paul, Las Vegas kitchen and bath.
Don't hire them ,, get Barbara .

I've had enough. Communication has been a nightmare to finish damages to my install almost one year. Not truthful always a story or never responds. Going on another 4 months with no reply.. Wish I had known that Barbara sold her business to Aaron. Should have bailed then, followed my gut. Incredible failure and disappointment. Other companies in town try them, not this one.
