Czyz's Appliance

We've been using Czyz's for over 20 years!! Their customer service goes above and beyond, we recently measured for a new fridge, (we were not sure how accurate our measurements were) so, not only did they come out to remeasure, they made sure everything was installed properly & working. They definitely stand by their products & put the customer first.

Inquired about repairs, and well here is what I got...
you do know that you are a retail store, thus customer service is a core of your business, yes? Do note the type of business you are in which comprises of "customer" & "service". You failed on both, but again nice commercial‍.

We had two dishwashers give up on us in eight years. The repairman recommended going to Czyz's Appliance to get a model that lasts longer than some of the average brands. I did not read any reviews on Czyz's before my trip there, but maybe that's a good thing because everything turned out very well for us. Matt helped me select a Miele dishwasher, saying that the brand is known for quality and longevity. We are pleased with the dishwasher and the installation seemed to go well.

I'm glad our experience was positive. It's always possible for a business to improve.

Matt Treptow at Czyz's Appliances is the Best!

Matt took over for another appliance company, and in a very difficult situation, he got my appliances delivered!

He always communicated with me and advocated for me with both the distributor and the manufacturer too!

A one stop Mom and Pop shop for any of my appliance needs. I first came here because my rental needed a new range and these guys did the delivery and install all in house! No outsourcing means accountability and consistency. After they were perfect with the range I came back and bought a full kitchen for our house. Delivery was timely and install was flawless. Highly recommend giving them your business. Thanks Garrett for fielding all my questions and giving us a great deal!

So far, so great! I have been looking for an appliance package since my appliances are 20+ years old. I found what I wanted online and took the product number to our local store and ordered it. Was happy to get a bundled price. Installation and haul out included.

My appliances won't be available for 2 months, but that is ok. I am getting new floors and am not in a hurry.

Customer service was great. I paid half down. Am happy to have gone with a local company and keep the money in our Reno economy.

I have waited a few months before making this review as I wanted to really use all my new appliances and make sure everything is flawless and it has been! I have recently bought a whole kitchen from Garrett at Czyz's Appliance and from the moment I came into the store several months back, to the day of installation, Garrett and Czyz's Appliance have done a spectacular job. I let Garrett know what I am looking for in my new kitchen and he helped me pick out exactly what will work for my kitchen but what I will also love the look of. I will be getting all my appliances from Garrett at Czyz's Appliance moving forward and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Czyz has always been a go to for my family and clients. Garrett & the owners have always been welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable. I am extremely picky with appliances & who to trust with them, thankfully I have them! I'm looking forward to my next purchase.

My sister who lives in a small town in CA and who does no computer work needed a new washer after hers died. I found Czyz's Appliance on line, bought a new washer and dryer for her ( no push buttons, knobs please!), and set up the installation. Tammi Czyz was a major help along the way and the crew who installed called ahead, checked out the machines and took away the old ones. Everyone was highly efficient and professional. Should I mention that I did my part from New Hampshire and my check has still to arrive? Terrific service and responsiveness. VB

Appliances, especially major appliances, are very difficult to buy, because there are a lot of different kinds and brands, and a lot of different stores, we went to a few stores and then came back to Czyz's mainly because of Gabriel, a sales person, or manager, if he's not a manager, he should be, because he is really really really good at helping you figure out what you need, what you want, what's best! And then he even gave us extra information for the building of the kitchen, where the appliances are going to go to make sure everything goes well! I am super impressed with Gabriel! I would buy again there in a second, and probably will!
