We've had some bad leaking going on around a few specific windows with these winter storms up in Tahoe, and called Beautiful Homes Nevada as they installed the windows a couple years prior. Almost all of the windows were fine, but we had 3 windows in one portion of the house that were leaking. BHN understood the urgency, and offered to come out right away before the next storms come through.

Once they arrived we investigated the source, and it became clear that the issue was not with the windows themselves, and the water was instead entering through a gap between the roof and the wall boards well above the windows - having nothing to do with the previous work BHN had done. Once the water got in, the flow was directing the water out via the windows, one of which is almost 2 full stories below the water's entry point (photo of the gap attached - big enough to fit your hand in!).

As it turns out, the new windows were working exactly as expected, and the sealing around the windows themselves was totally fine. Credit to the solid initial installation BHN did.

While this wasn't an issue Beautiful Homes Nevada created, they were fantastic about addressing the problem quickly to ensure we don't have any leaks going forward. They were clear and forthcoming, demonstrating accountability and commitment to taking care of us, rather than passing the buck (which they easily could have done) considering it wasn't their doing. Luckily it was a relatively straightforward fix, and they had everything sealed up for us in no time.

We couldn't be happier with the work, and feel like we're in great hands ahead of this continued extreme weather we're getting.

We had Chad come out to our new home after the inspection report said there was water damage on the exterior. Chad singled out a small portion of siding that needed replaced. He was scattered every time I spoke with him on the phone. The job was scheduled three different times before the workers finally came which messed up our exterior painter's schedule. The job Beautiful Homes did for us wasn't great. After Chad agreed to fix issues after the job was completed only 1/2 were fixed. We were done messing around with the company. Our painter found MULTIPLE areas of siding that needed replaced that Chad should have easily seen since this is his specialty. Chad didn't do what we asked him to do and in the end wanted to put the blame on us. Don't bother contacting this company. You'll end up fixing it on your own or paying another company to come finish the job.

In response to your reply: I was your customer. This is the truth. You said you missed some areas on our final walk through when I pointed them out but at that point we were done working with you, we were not impressed with the workmanship that already needed to be fixed. Later as the painter went around to paint our exterior he found water damage siding that you missed. The point of having you come was to find and fix all the water damaged siding which is your specialty. We wanted the repairs done before before we painted and added gutters. I never said the painter repaired your mistakes. If a painter can see wood rot/ soft boards and that isn't his specialty then that makes you look even worse. You told me that the painter could fix your terrible caulking job. Like I said, DON'T BOTHER. A company willing to let another company fix the left over mess is the WRONG COMPANY.

Response: It is very unprofessional to post our address. You have the address incorrect which proves my scatter point perfectly. You are still missing the point. I asked you to inspect and fix the water damaged siding. I hired you to look over all the home. You let someone else tell you where the issues were rather than being a professional and doing your own examination. An inspector points to issues and recommends hiring a professional to come look at the home in more detail. That is why we hired you and why we are disappointed.

During the walk through of the initial work I pointed out several poor craftsmanship issues. The caulking was terrible aside from the craftsmanship issues. You promised to fix more than you actually did. You never checked back in after "correcting" the mistakes. Not all of them were corrected that you agreed to. That tells me we weren't worth your time. This post is to show you aren't a 5 star business. I hired you because we wanted a 5 star professional to do the work. Your foreman agreed the work that was done was lacking. That is why we received a discount. You're the boss so this is on you. You didn't like me saying it in person and you could have fixed it with me in person and you didn't. You took back your word which is bad business. My review is accurate.

My landlord chose BHN and understandably why. The work they did on my home is beautiful. The crew was really respectful and did everything you would expect from high crafters. My home looks better than I pictured in my head. I even told my co-workers and showed these pictures as to how good the house looks now.

My Fiancé Cody & I would like to thank Chad and his whole crew for everything and honestly we do highly recommend going through this company if you are looking to change out your windows!

We had a little hiccup at the beginning with miscommunication on doing measurements for our home, but despite of the tiny hiccup , the rest of the experience with smooth and easy. Chad answered all of my fiancè's questions about their financing, their warranty, the quality of their windows, and even explained how our old 1970s windows were very unsafe and pretty much useless now. Very knowledgable and the best part about Chad and his business was the consistent follow up and customer service we received while waiting up to the window installment even through the covid-19 crisis!

Overall, we love our new windows and they really did a fascinating job especially for doing it at a townhome community.

We are very happy with this company. Chad is pleasant to work with. They came when they said and finished in a timely manner, unlike some of the other contractors I have contracted with, for other jobs. They installed a beautiful window. They re installed our siding perfectly, and they patched and painted our wall seamlessly. The back yard had gotten really messy during the job; however, when I walked out into the back this morning, it had been all cleaned up.

This is the only place that I'll turn to for new windows and doors. They are honest good people which within itself is something that is very hard to come by these days. Chad and his team are outstanding!They will answer any and all questions no matter how nit picky it may sound. Finally they stand behind all their craftsmanship and products from the beginning, to the end and even beyond that. Last but not least, their warranties are unrivaled. It would be a cold mistake not to go with Beautiful Homes Nevada.

Our patio door was warping and needed to be replaced. Chad responded immediately, and we had an incredibly fair quote in no time. The door took a while to ship, but welcome to the world. The install was professional. The finished product is beautiful. I would have zero reservations about working with BHN again.
