Battle Born Pool and Spa

This is my second year using Battle Born Pool and Spa. They're a super friendly company and have outstanding customer service. Ariel was quit to return my call and schedule my pool opening.

Pool technician Jeremy came out to open my pool. Jeremy was super friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful in answering my questions and very thorough. He should definitely go far with the company.

I would highly recommend using Battle Born Pool and Spa as I have gone with other local Pool companies and have not been satisfied with their customer service.

We called Battle Born when all the other local pool companies told us there was a two and a half year wait. Jordan came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate and timeline. The Battleborn crew worked in triple degree heat every day last summer to put in our pool. Jordan always returned our calls, and kept us updated on the progress. Our beautiful pool was completed a year ago, but Jordan still checks in to make sure everything is going well.

Our hot tub needed leveling and Battle Born seemed to be the only company locally that would agree to help shim it up. Quoted me a good price to move the unit off the pad, let me clean the pad up a bit, and put it back on the pad and level it.

But the snow wouldn't stop, for weeks, so we were delayed, and on top of it the owner's wife, who does the scheduling, was ready to have a baby any day, so naturally there had to be some latitude on the scheduling. No problem.

We finally did connect, they arrived with a team of guys, but it was too heavy to move off the pad without some major equipment in our backyard. So they lifted it enough to put some plywood shims under it - and leveled it! It wasn't everything that I'd like to have done, but you gotta work around things sometimes. They charged us a little more than I expected for what they did but after years of fighting with the tub it was finally leveled.

After they left, I noticed that the tub was skewed on the pad when they lifted it (I know...but still). I asked if they could stop by sometime and scoot it back, but we haven't worked that out yet. By looking at their Instagram posts they normally install full sized swimming pools so I'm sure it's not a big priority. Hopefully they'll get to that.

So a local company, obviously experienced, a solid guy running the team and employees seemed to be happy working for him. Obviously well run, and I was happy they were willing to do a small job like this.

Our pool was in dire need of a re plaster. We called numerous business in the area and either didn't get a response or they could not fit us in for the season.

Jordan answered our call and was able to squeeze us in although he already had a busy season. The plaster and tile work they did for us was stunning and we were still able to enjoy our pool during summer.

Battle born goes above and beyond! Their customer service is impeccable and Jordan and Ariel are some of the nicest people around. I would gladly recommend them to anyone around the area. Truly spectacular business!

Let me start off first by saying that investing in a pool and getting all parties involved on the same page is a huge undertaking. That being said, I couldn't be happier with how our pool turned out. Jordan, co-owner of Battle Born pools, was the perfect person and company for the job. He was present throughout the build, always calm and collected. I was kept well informed of all stages in the process and my questions were always answered quickly. The Battle Born team who were assembled for our build were fantastic. Always polite, kept the job site clean and worked extremely hard day to day. Without a doubt my family and I are confident that our decision to go with Battle Born Pools was not only the right decision but the best choice for our pool.

We needed our sand filter cleaned and refreshed. Battle Born set up an appointment to come out and provide us with an estimate just a day or two later. The estimate was fair, and the representation was awesome. The owner came out himself, and we were very impressed with his confidence and personality. We approved the estimate.

Within a weeks time, a two man crew showed up and tackled the task like a couple of pros. They were very polite and confident, and did a GREAT JOB!!

Jordan and the Battle Born team were great. I appreciate the time Jordan spent to walk me through the process as well as answering all my questions. He's trustworthy, responsive and goes above and beyond to help even for things that aren't necessarily in scope. You can really tell the team enjoys what they do and take pride in their work. I really appreciated all their hard work with my pool installation. If you want to work with a family owned business that cares about their customers, I recommend hiring Battle Born Pool and Spa.

As a local small business owner here in Reno, I can't express enough when a company actually does what they say they will. It is a lost art.
I called multiple spa service companies who did not call me back and not only did Battle Born Pool and Spa call me back, they were able to get our hot tub drained, cleaned, and serviced scheduled on short notice. Their spa tech, Ethan arrived on time, had a smile on his face and did an exceptional job getting our hot tub winter ready! Great job Battle Born Pool and Spa! We are looking forward to having you service our hot tub moving forward!

With the news of freezing tonight my boyfriend started to drain our pool this morning. Unfortunately the drain adapter for the garden hose that came with the pool was defective and leaking. After several attempts, he turned to the internet and found an ad on Craigslist for pool service. Joey picked up the phone when he called and was friendly wanted to come right away. When Battle Born Pool and Spa arrived he was quick to diagnose the problem and had the right tools to drain my 4000 gallon pool in just about an hour. I appreciated his promptness and polite demeanor. I would recommend to anyone who needs a hand with their pool.

Battle born Pool and Spa is awesome. They always arrive on time when scheduled and their work is completed in a timely manner. Jordan and the crew has been maintaining my spa for last several seasons and I'm very happy with the results.
