Design and preconstruction services for two tilt-up warehouse/manufacturing shells of a total GSF of 429,000 SF on nearly 30 AC of developed land adjacent to the I 80 freeway in the Boomtown development district. Complete interior demolition, electrical/mechanical/seismic upgrades and interiors renovations of a 20,000 Sq Ft. University of Nevada Reno campus building originally constructed in the 1920s. Challenges include maintaining historic finishes while routing infrastructure for completely new building automation, fire alarm, lighting controls, voice/data and normal/emergency power systems. Estimated completion by December 2016.
